Nice set up but the way you set it up isn't 100%. If you turn, the front rotors and calipers will protrude through the wheels. I have yet to see a tutorial the shows how to properly set up the calipers to follow the wheel and rotor movement. I'm guessing I would need position constraints right? Thank for the tutorial by the way. I was able to set up my car for animation, but the rotor and calipers are driving me insane.

My car falls in void... doesn't recognize the plane.. any idea why ?

4:09 - Parameters - click the button under surface and select the plane (make sure your plan is in editable poly mode) and then click update surface ! This should solve the issue.

Dont ever EVER use MIRROR tool. Always use Rotation 180º. This can save 3 hours of your life.
And dont forget to reset xform
