Sharing a very easy recipe to give a new twist to your Goan Chorizo/Goan Pork Sausages. Easy Evening snack or Breakfast recipe
Ingredients: (1 cup = 200 ml)
For the filling/Chilli Fry: (Recipe by Gloryann D'souza)
3 Onions (1 + 1/2 Cup) -Sliced
1 Large Tomato
1 Green Chilli
3/4 Cup Goan Sausage/Chorizo Meat (remove the casing and use)
1/2 Cup Water
Pinch of Salt - adjust as per taste
2 to 3 Tbsp Fresh Coriander leaves - chopped
Dough:
2 + 1/2 (325 gms) Cup Maida/All Purpose Flour - sieved.
1/2 Tsp Salt
2 Tbsp (30 gms)Butter - (used Amul salted butter)
3/4 Cup (150 ml) water for kneading
Maida for dusting
2 Tbsp Butter for spreading & Brushing.
1 Egg for egg wash
Bake at 180 degrees centigrade for 25 to 30 minutes or until done, with both heating coils and fan too.

Yes, you can bake in a vessel over the stove, but the baking time will be a little more, and may not get a good brown colour on top
