Ok. Call me crazy…..but this is like a dream come true. Having exclusive access to an old farmhouse/family home, with years of accumulated solid wood chairs, tables, bureau/dressers, beds, frames/artwork, and the oddities- that cocktail bar !!!! the stacking suitcases !!! A fun (chilly) way to pick treasures and appreciate unique possessions. My kind of way to spend the day (and some cold (pun intended) cash.
That folding table is amazing! I am so bummed you didn't grab the atomic/starburst clock. I screamed inside when I saw it . :) Thank you for sharing your trip!
Like Amanda, I am always drawn to old mirrors that show wear. They can be used everywhere and depending on the size, even as table top trays for displaying items. Their age damage makes them even more desirable in my opinion. I don't necessarily use them to check my hair and makeup. I think of them more as back drops for hanging a wreath, or even to layer other things - like a smaller old frame and picture, for example. Mirrors reflect light and add that vintage charm to an eclectic styled room. They are very useful to have around for decorating.
The clock in the upstairs bedroom will sell for 300+. It's the starburst clock. All the furniture is amazing tho. The wood candlestick holders are MCM Danish. The yellow lotus lamp is plastic and is from the 50s. Love it!! I sure wish I lived closer, that mini buffet is beautiful and really hard to find. Love all the stuff you got.
I really enjoyed the video. Thank you. I would love to see a video about the auctions where you have won items and filmed yourself picking them up. I have never lived anywhere that has had on line auctions (that I know about) and would like to see the process, Also, anytime you can't think of a subject... just film your booth and show us what sold.
I really enjoyed this video! I love that you take us a long while you’re picking, and then we see it go into your booth! You are definitely one of my favorites!!
I really enjoyed watching this video! Just seeing how happy you were on the great fines. When I go to flea markets and thrift stores and find those special peices it's such a good feeling. Much success to you can't wait to see everything on display.
Folding table was my fave. Love seeing how earlier versions of some of our modern items were made then. That house has sooooo many cool things. I would’ve driven off with a few truck loads. You got some amazing items Amanda! Thanks for bringing us along!❤❤❤
I bought two of the same shape/style of light fixtures @ a “Hoarder House” they were matching Blue & White Stained Glass. Got them for $10.00 each. Several Vintage Enamel, Coffee Pots, Buckets with Lids, 3 Large Copper Buckets with Heavy Duty Handles. I got several antique Brass Vases, candlesticks, mugs. It was a unexpected “Estate Sale” little house that I drove by my Grandma said I think I seen a “Yard Sale Sign”. I turned around and WoW Found some Awesome Vintage for less than $25.00. I Love it when that happens 😃 🤣😂🤣
Great treasures for your booth! Can’t wait to see how you set them in it. I can’t imagine functioning in that freezing cold🥶. It was in the 70’s here in South Georgia today and perfect for painting furniture. So delighted to join you in your excursions! Stay warm and healthy!
WOW WOW WOW. I wouldve loved to go picking at this house. My vibe is MID MOD so I would've picked up all the mid century pieces. Really interesting selection of furniture from different eras. That vintage bar was EPIC. Amazing haul, Amanda, the lamp and the teak candle sticks are my fave and those will sell well. I wish you would've picked up the atomic clock, those go for big monies!
Omg the light!! I love it. It's so funny how you picked items that I definitely would have and there were several pieces I would have picked that you didn't. Everyone has different tastes! So cool to see!
Showing us how pissed off you were in the beginning was f’ing fantastic!!! Your realness is why I love you and your channel!! Keep on busting ass Amanda!
I love your videos! Just wanted to say I have that round mirror with no frame. It belonged to my Granny and I remember it hanging in the bedroom of her shotgun house. I always thought it was Art Deco, but not sure. Doesn’t matter though, it is a simple piece and I love it. Thanks for sharing.
Was sure you would pick up the matching set (3) of luggage. Got to admit I was a little sad, I'm thinking for myself🤣 Keep up the good work. I don't know how you juggle all you do; but, I surely do enjoy your videos.
@4:43 on the video....... Hope you checked out / possibly bought that old Green Ghost board game. VERY collectible (if complete and in decent condition)!! There's a whole world of vintage board game collecting, and the buyers are always looking for uncommon ones.
I love your channel.... you are so refreshing & relatable . You're good @ knowing what you want for your booth & making it have that dark/ natural material vibe - very upscale ...people walk by & say - " now I like that look '... no pastels / just woods/brass & metals/ leather/ black.. the RL look !! Love it , keep it up !
Thank you so much for taking us along ❣️ I spotted so many things that I would have loved to have in my own home or put in my booth‼️ This was a great video. Thank you again Amanda ❤
Your videos are my absolute favorite! I have either had an antique store or booth for over 30 years. And I am happy to say I learn so much from you. Especially what the younger folks like. Thank you for sharing your look of fine junk 😉 with us. You are a delight!
Amanda, I have a blue lamp just like the yellow one. Mine is glass abs weighs a ton, which is why I have not hung it yet. I think they are super cool and statement pieces. Those dressers are 😍😍🤤🤤!!!
Love, love, love the tangerine lucite swag light! I would give it a good home after being neglected for so long. Thank you for taking us along on this vintage pinkin trip...it looks like the great "finds" were worth being COLD! Love your channel : )
Your folding table is an antique tailor's table. It should have a yard stick painted measurements on one long side of the table. They can be as much as$400 here in California. What a find.
Wow what fun! I wanted everything you touched! How in the world could you walk away from that cocktail bar? Swoon. On the round mirror - just a guess but maybe it is late Victorian/early Art Deco as the old transitioned into the new era.
@4:54 on the video....... (and also @5:21 ) What is that school chart-looking thing on the left side of the video, between the wall and the bed? Or was it a projector screen?
I love the pendant lamp you are holding on the video thumbnail it's kind of like a yellow flower 😍😎 I want it I want it I want it. Do you only sale on your booth or do you sale online too? Would mail packages to Miami? Please let me know, I am new to your channel. Thanks 🤗😇
I came up with this thought for now on im going to write my name on the back of picture, inside books, the bottom of furniture just so the next owner knows where it has been and maybe how far the treasure travels.
Hi Amanda I enjoy your adventures and the eventual showcasing your finds. Do you sell to your viewing audience. I would like to purchase a few items should you consider shipping them.Thank you. Keep up the excellent hard job!

How fun. I love the praying hands salt and pepper shakers 🖤
It looks like a little sewing table. Does it have a "yardstick" measurement on it?
Came here to say that! Early American sewing table.
I think this was a perfect video for the week! I prefer this content to tools of the trade videos :) you’re awesome!
Those dressers 😍😍
I've been finding so many great pieces for my booth, I want to keep everything.
Loved going with you. That table was my favorite, the fold down one.

I'm surprised you left the starburst clock there
Sarah, I knew you would like the hands! House was kinda spooky but great stuff!
Do you ship items? I’d love the MCM wood candlestick holders. 🙂
Really cool to see picking! How do you advertise that you pick and how do you know what to offer?
Ohhh...that clock though!! Also, just checked out your website and hoping you have time to post more things this year💕
Ok, I’m four minutes in and I already would have been out of money buying all the MCM stuff and suitcases. Wow!!!
OMG, are you aware of the praying hands contest between Dagny and the Crazy Lamp Lady? Maybe you’re the winner today. Too funny!
Is it a fiberglass shade?
I’d like to buy the yellow peddle hanging lamp. Are you shipping items?
Hi, Elderly people you buy items from are they impressed how much you know and like antiques?
