That concept is bullshit, your restricting your blood capillaries severely by doing that each day, if you're a young guy kills your erection immediately, that's not a good thing, you're pushing against your natural biology, as you get older you may get Erectile dysfunction as a result, everything else he's spot on with

it's not meant to give u superpowers or something, it's jus there as a stepping stone to put yourself in an uncomfortable situation. it won't solve anything if that discipline isn't also put into another activity with a higher roi.

      @Ati,
start intermittent fasting, dry fasting if possible, liquid fasting is also alright.
Intermittent fasting will help you feel tired and sleep better,
on the 4th day, your energy levels will go up and feel no hunger. But will help you continue to sleep better.
Its always the first 3 days for something tough, to get easier then.
If you are past the 3d day, you can continue for life.
But if you have long intervall breaks inbetween the fasting, it will feel like going back to the whole 3 day process again.
      Your mind will get clearer.
The bonus is if you tap into meditation during this time it's a prime time because brainwaves are slower, it will be easier to connect with yourself, (God/Universe) spiritually speaking.
If you can switch to green tea, ibstead of coffee, you will not get that much of an abstinence, but you get the bebefits of (L-Theanine) , try with tea drinking otherwise, you can take the supplements.
Pick up things which interests you, a philosophy for life or 1 new activity or new thing you learn, switch things up a bit everuday and life will not feel so dull.
But it will be difficult whether we chill or work hard at it.
I would recommend the path to discipline, because then we will feel good about ourselves, we feel like we are actually living life because we see ourselves in the workshop working at it.
Choose something, a book that inspires you, ideas, a lifestyle etc and learn about ot and apply implement it.
It can even be movies if you are very tired or exgausted, till you get your mojo back , your life will not stay the same, even if ut feels like it or has been the same for a cpl of years, changes are inevitable.
That is why i think most ppl come to a tirning point in their life where they know whar they have bern trying to run away from or hide from it is inevitable, sooner or later you will have to face whatecer it is that you must do in order to tirn your life around, and it can ONLY be YOU who decide when the time for that starts :)
And i think you are already on the path, you being here.
I can also tell you, i did not believe antidepp was the approach or cure or how to fix my life.
But antidepp+ other tabs in combination saved my life and actually did the most change for me. But i have tried lots of trials and wrrors for the past 7 years.
Only 1 month ago I found THE ONE lol...and i dont feel like utter shite & can actually get stuff done, i have procastribates my entire life, im closing my 40's soon,
So if i can do it, i have felt like a loser all my life, so can you and anybody else.
My forte and ally has been the patience of a saint.
And if you can mix in discipline with that, you have yourself goals to follow naturally, you WANT to get moving and "go to places"
Because you are busy working on yourself
      Good luck to anyone 🍀🙌✊☯️

    • @UniqueGeekFreak
      @UniqueGeekFreak Рік тому +4

The other bonus with intermittent fasting is
Weight loss, + toned muscles, + a growth hormone, which i think helps build muscles .
If you dont want to fast.
Switching to a Keto diet will help and give you similar results as fasting, because you come into ketosis state or autophagy.
      You start burning fat.
Intense workout will also get you into sinilar autophagy, (you get energized & detox of old cells or diseases).
A keto diet with intermittent fasting, is the best imo
Because the fat abd protein will keep you feeling satiated, and you dint get dips into energy levels.
Intermittent fasting helps with almost anything, in my experience.
It slows ageing as well, and maximize growth hormone to 200% or 400%, i dont remember correctly.
Ppl dont believe me when i say my age, take that for proof
Because i have intermittently fasted for a couple of years non stop to cure my illnesses , both physical & mental.
Pqychotherapy, talking about your troubles, get it off your chest will also do wonders.
It will help one let go of the past hurt a lot easier, and when one feels ready, to forgive those who hurt us, in order to heal, to forgive and forget and move on with ones life.
A lot of stuff that later becomes physical illness, ot could have been eased or stopped by just talking to a healthcare professional or someone with a healing ear & delicacy in dealing with what bothers one.
Dont underestimate the power of talking, it can help solve a lot of problems
At least get it off one's chest.
Imo everyone needs to see a therapist, because everybody has had some sort of ill fate or suffering, and we dont want it to become chronic negative obsessive thinking or feeling, because then you are qtuck in a loop in your own suffering and self destructive ways.
One needs to break free from negative thinking, because it ruins the quality of your life.
      So focus on the solutions
What CAN I DO in order for this.....what can i do to change the situation....change myself ....change attitude.....change the way i look at things
Is there a possibility i can do something to help myself?
      No?
Then who can i turn to in order to get help to help myself better?
Can i create a support system?
With quality friends and supportive loving family?
      No?
Then can i turn to forums, support groups, healthcare, therapist, dr for medicine etc., help lines for talking, listening to lectures, reading.
Can you do it on your own?
      Yes!
But you dont have to do it on your own, and life is not meant to be lived alon and doing everything on your own its for sharing, in good and bad times.
So help yourself in whatever best way helps you.
Everyone prefers their cup of tea in different ways.🍵
      So enjoy it! 🍀
And if anyone needs more help, i'll gladly share more info or point towards ppl who have at least helped me.
But knowledge is indeed power, and it CAN change your life
That is to say if you can control your thoughts and emotions, and not let them run your life & you ☯️🧘🏻‍♀️😌

Frankly, You can have the hot showers in the morning with the mindset that you have to keep going through life no matter how hard it is. For the daily review, it really is over kill. Again, you have to keep convincing yourself to rise above your present self morally, ethically, financially and in every other aspect the moment you come across a situation that prompts you to ponder. The conversation example was a really basic one, life is way more than the conversations. There is a whole world within and conversation merely be a quark in that world. Getting out part seemed alright. Thanks and regards

I love cold showers, but i always took cold showers in afternoons or evenings which felt amazing. But i recently started to take cold showers since last week in early mornings before my long 8-9 hours in UNI and i see almost no benefit mentally and it actually kind of makes me exhausted quickly during the day. I hate hot or even warm showers 😣 idk what to do.
