- Are 30oz Holographic (Cinderella) tumbler used to demonstrate my take on the arm sleeve tattoo. I only give my best representation on how I do them. I'm certain others have mastered this technique and may be able to guide you better. I do however hope my way can help someone and allow anyone to be able to apply the tattoos to your tumbler.

I learned a trick recently when doing acylic blanks and maybe it'll help with this process as well. You could try to lay the tattoo face up on the table and place the cup down on the image so you can see where the tattoo will be.
Just a thought;)

Ohhh yayaya, I’m so excited to hear this cup has inspired you. These style cups are so fun.
You are awesome & that cup is gorgeous!!! I saw a video of an arm sleeve tattoo being done on a 20oz tumbler but my customer wants a 30oz. I've been super nervous (& excited) to try but as I'm about to do it I decided to just see if I can find any videos for tips on how to make it work on a 30oz. I found your video & I just love you! Lol. I had the same idea in mind on how I was going to attempt it but you confirmed that it is possible, can look good & you have the same techniques that I had planned to try, so you helped give me a little boost of confidence & I so appreciate that!
Awww 🥰 you are soooo sweet! Thank you so much! Please tag me when you re create it, I can’t wait to see and I am overly joyed that I have been able to help inspire you! ❤️❤️

I get so lost watching these videos!!! I haven't made 1 tumbler. I'm just so fascinated. I keep telling myself I'll make myself one. Your other video makes me want a graffiti tumbler one day.
Kimberly Scott Awwww. Don’t be scared. Jump right in. I’m never concerned about not liking a cup, bc I will strip it. Lolol That’s the blessing with cups.
@Leigha Thank you so much!
@@RebeccaEscott Hi, how would you strip it?
Kim Bridges I would drop it right in to an acetone bucket and let it sit.
I'm so nervous to make mine. I got a sleeve recently and I'm debating on what to put it on. This is beautiful..
Dee Kahakua Dont be nervous, you got this! Thank you so much for watching. ❤️
Very nice
Sunshine Windom Thank you so much ❤️
So that decal is called holographic , very nice job , thanks for sharing
No the glitter is holographic glitter, the decal is a temp tattoo I bought of amazon.
I've been searching for years for this water transfer and found them thanks to your video , awesome , your gifted
danssv8 Thank you so much ❤️I really appreciate the compliment it’s greatly appreciated.
Hi. Looks fantastic. U got a video showing putting that glitter on a cup?
I have newer videos showing the tack it method technique. ua-cam.com/video/Zqxcag76wM4/v-deo.html
WoW ❤️ I Love it!! ...TFS.. does the tumbler have Epoxy before the sleeve, or clear coat
Thank you so much ❤️ Yes, this was a tack it holographic and so I did epoxy the cup first so that I wouldn’t mess up the holo on the cup.
Hi, this is such a gorgeous cup, so my question if I want to make one with green glitter do I epoxy the cup first and then after one layer of epoxy I can add the tattoo? It won’t slip?
Rubi Sanchez Correct, but if the said glitter was holographic you don’t really have to epoxy first however you need to be very careful that you don’t chip the glitter. So if you epoxy before applying the tattoo no it won’t slip bc you’ll be holding it very tight while wetting it to then remove the backing. I hope this all made since lol let me know if I can help in any way okay. ❤️
WOW!! Gorgeous 🌟 do you seal the tumbler after applying the tattoo?
Thank you so much, No its not necessary to seal after the tattoo, also Im sorry for my delayed response I had no idea I was missing comments until recently.
so do you just epoxy over it( image) or do you put a sealer like gloss clear spray then epoxy? beautiful work!
Shelly Birmingham Thank you so much, yes I use epoxy.
Fabulous tutorial! Have you ever printed your own tattoos?
Thank you so much, and yes but they were not this large.
I love it. ❤️I want to make my daughter one. Do I need to keeping it turning after epoxy?
Thank you so much, yes it makes it easier instead of doing what some call a hangman method. So the epoxy is self leveling so its important to make sure it turns.
Hey girl!! Awesome tutorial!! Did u use tackit method for the glitter??
Hey yes I did. I’m sorry for my delayed response.
Did you sealed the glitter before you added the tattoo?
Yes you seal the glitter add a layer of epoxy to make it smooth then add your sleve
I'm new to doing these tumblers, I love watching your videos and I've already done the crackle paint, the wood grain look with the cow waterslide. These "tatoo" cups look awesome. Can you tell me what I search on Amazon to find them?
I am deeply sorry for my delayed response, here is the link if you still need it. www.amazon.com/Full-Temporary-Tattoo-Women-Sheets/dp/B07SBP93SS/ref=sr_1_23?crid=ZOADYDIFR6WE&dchild=1&keywords=sleeve+tattoo&qid=1622647126&sprefix=sleeve+tatt%2Caps%2C187&sr=8-23
Did you apply the glitter with the tack it method? It’s beautiful
Stephanie Smith Yes and thank you so much! ❤️
Beautiful do you add epoxy to the cup before the image?
Thank you so much and yes I did.
Gorgeous tumblers! Did you epoxy the glitter before the tatoo? And do you do any sanding at all? Thanks for sharing!
Ohhh I’m so sorry I’m just now seeing this, yes I epoxy the tumbler before applying the tattoo as for sanding it’s on a need only basis. For example, if I use a sublimation tumbler I’ll sand the glossy off first, when I do glitter I sand in only the sections that require it, I will also sand the top rim for my epoxy to adhere other then that, it’s a no for me. Lol
For the "prep" on the cup - is there a coat of epoxy over the glitter BEFORE you applied the tattoo? I've been wanting to try and this is amazing!
Johnette Rojas I did epoxy, I didn’t want to risk chipping the holographic glitter, now on my glow in the dark tutorial I didn’t have to epoxy or seal. ❤️ Thank you so much.
Nice! Do you use amazing clear cast ?
No but I used to, I’ve switched to KS Resin.
😱💜💜💜
Thank you so much for watching
So cool! Do you have to seal the tattoo before you epoxy??
zorayadominguez No you dont have to seal.
WONDERFUL tutorial. I am so excited to try it. Question, in your opinion when do say a black and white tattoo what would you color your cup?
Linda Turner White, Glow in the dark, Cinderella holographic. Top three choices but I’d think any light color would work.
@@RebeccaEscott Thank you so very much for replying. I placed an order yesterday with Glitzy Girl but they were out of Cinderella. I did get the Diamond so fingers crossed :-)
@@RebeccaEscott Thank you so very much for replying. I did place an order with Glitzy Girl yesterday but they were out of Cinderella. I bought the Diamond so fingers crossed :-)
Linda Turner Thats awesome! Hopefully Cinderella will be back in stock soon. ❤️
Linda Turner Okay, great news Cinderella will be back in stock this weekend.
Did you epoxy after you placed the glitter down? Beautiful cup
Yes, That way its protected prior to the tattoo so that you don't nick the glitter.
Hey girl you did amazing, I'm not sure if it's my youtube or what but when you start using the fast option it cuts your voice out.
Yes, I mute myself when I fast forward and then resume myself when I stop the fast forwarding. Thank you so much for mentioning this in case it could have been a mishap.
Did you do the tack it method for the base of the cup? Amazing!💎
THE SOAPING NIGHTOWL Beth Sannes Yes that’s correct. ❤️
Creative Vinyl Designs By Rebecca Escott Awesome thank you!!😬
THE SOAPING NIGHTOWL Beth Sannes You are welcome ❤️
Hi Rebecca...quick question. I think I heard you say in another video you "DONT SAND" the tumblers before you paint, and that you can put the temp tatoo over a bare tumbler. I just want to make sure before I start my tumbler if that is correct. I watch ALL your videos 💖and I subscribed a few weeks ago. Thankyou👍 in advance Cheers☕ Ontario Canada. Stay safe😷 but party hard (with the tumblers )😉
I love this.. Thank you so much!! I do not sand my tumblers and I have placed temp tattoos directly on to a clean non painted/sanded tumbler.
Once you put the holographic glitter on the cup and rubbed into the tumbler is it a little rough to the touch or is it smooth
I am very sorry for my delayed response, Its actually very smooth though you can feel the tattoo of course, but it should feel smooth prior to applying any epoxy.
😍 amazing. Is this just like a regular tattoo or is it specifically for a tumbler thank u
Thank you so much, Its a normal tattoo that I used to place on to the tumbler, you can buy many different styles as well.
@@RebeccaEscott thank u so much
hi, Rebecca i ABSOLUTE LOVE THIS TUMBLER! and would like to make one
do i need to prep first? or do i just tack it then put the tattoo?
I clean with alcohol and then I jump right into to the tack it. Thank you so much!
@@RebeccaEscott? alcohol, tack it , holographic glitter , adhesive spray seal , then epoxy then tattoo ? and Thank You
@@dianamarquez3613 You don't have to seal after the holo glitter, you can go right into epoxy, then tattoo and epoxy a final coat.
What’s the actual name of the glitter you used? Your link only takes me to the holographic glitters. It’s amazingly beautiful!!!!
Dion I’m sorry about that, It’s called Cinderella and thank you very much❤️
My question...after you prepped your cup, you did the glitter. I'm assuming there is a coat of epoxy over glitter. Do you sand this before placing tattoo?
Yes their is a coat of epoxy on the holographic and no sanding is necessary after the coat of epoxy as the holographic is very smooth before and after epoxy. ❤️
I would like the link for the tattoo sleeves. I like a certain one in your tutorial but cant find it. Help me. Thanks. Love your tutorials.
I apologize for my very delayed response. Here is the link incase you might still need it. www.amazon.com/Full-Temporary-Tattoo-Women-Sheets/dp/B07SBP93SS/ref=sr_1_23?crid=ZOADYDIFR6WE&dchild=1&keywords=sleeve+tattoo&qid=1622647126&sprefix=sleeve+tatt%2Caps%2C187&sr=8-23
Where did you get your logo? The picture of you and the cup?? I need one for my little tumbler business!
Alicia Powers If you are asking about the cartoon pic of me I have the link from Etsy in my description, I can’t recall the name like moon something lol
Hello
Did you seal the glitter before you put on the tattoo?
Dawn Benner Yes, it was epoxied before I applied the tattoo.
Do you apply epoxy after the sleeve is applied? Will it stay on once you wash it??
Michelle Alford Yes and anything that’s been sealed with epoxy can only be hand washed, if cared for these cups can last for years.
were the cups epoxied before you applied the tattoos or just sealed ?
Yes, I do apply a thin coat of epoxy prior to the tattoo.
Could you tell me where you found the tumbler holder to where the cup doesn’t move around when you apply vinyl. Also, Is that purple tumbler the same Cinderella color glitter & did you spray paint it the purple color 1st? If so, what spray paint do you use? Thank you
The tumbler holder in the video, my son made for me. The glitter holographic tumbler is called Dark Purple from Glitzy Girl Glitter (Use Coupon Code Rescott2020) I also did spray paint the purple one, I don't recall the exact color that I used, Im sorry for not having that exact answer, however any purple that's semi dark would work.
Creative Vinyl Designs By Rebecca Escott Thank you you’re the best!!!!
Did you use the TackIt method for the glitter?
Megan Ferentheil Yes ❤️
So was this a tack it method for the holographic glitter? Then a layer of epoxy?
Yes it was, Before applying the tattoo I did apply a thin coat of epoxy.
Does anyone know if you have to clear coat over the tattoo before applying epoxy? Do you use the tack it method on the glitter? Absolutely beautiful job. Thank you.
angelsandfaes No you do not have to clear seal prior to epoxy. ❤️
@@RebeccaEscott Thank you soo much.I've been clear coating everyone and noticed on a few vids no one mentioned doing so. I absolutely love your videos. thank you for sharing.
angelsandfaes You are very welcome ❤️
Do you have to use epoxy to seal it? I had a horrible reaction to epoxy after using it for 8 months and now I am sensitive to all epoxy as well as other things. I love these but need another way to seal if there is any.
I've heard a lot of ppl say their is a no epoxy route, but to be honest with you, Im not sure what they are using if anything. Im sorry you are unable to use epoxy, If you dont use epoxy or another source to seal it will eventually come off over time.
Could you tell me if there is a way to remove a tattoo from a tumbler? I placed this same tattoo on a swirled glittered cup and you cannot see it. I have not sealed the tattoo yet hopefully there is away to remove it with out striping my cup! thank you for any help and I love the way ur cup turned out I love it
Amanda Seiber Thank you so much, was your tumbler epoxied prior to applying the tattoo? If so you might be able to use rubbing alcohol or small amount of acetone to remove the tattoo.
@@RebeccaEscott yes it was epoxied before adding the tattoo thank you for taking the time to answer my question. I am going to try alcohol first hopefully it will work good. thank you
What is the tattoo called and did you get it from Amazon? Thanks again
danssv8 Yes they are temp arm sleeve tattoos and I bought from amazon.
Hello, I have a question, I’m a newbie, so after you put all the tattoo sleeve on, did you seal coat it with a sealer if so how many coats? Then you epoxy it???
Jody Parkman No need to seal with tattoos, just make sure it’s dry and it’s ready for epoxy.❤️
Do you seal the glitter at all
mary fisher No, I just epoxy it❤️
What do you do after you let the tattoo dry? Can you epoxy right over it? Or do I have to seal it somehow first?
I absolutely LOVED watching your video.
Amy Booms You can just let the tattoo dry and then you can epoxy. You don’t have to seal it first.
Creative Vinyl Designs By Rebecca Escott Thank you!!!
@@amybooms8828 You are very welcome, and thank you for your feedback. Its greatly appreciated.
@@RebeccaEscott how long do i let the tattoo dry before applying tattoo?
Just a few minutes, the tattoo dries pretty quick and you don’t have to seal. You can go straight to epoxy.
This is freakin' awesome! Would you happen to know where I could submit graphics and get custom sleeves? I would love to be able to use some of my own Photoshop graphics.
Rocco Reid Thank you so much, you can purchase tattoo paper off amazon actually and you can print your design onto that. ❤️
@@RebeccaEscott Thank you so much. I can see where you've responded to just about every comment. Very impressive indeed.
Rocco Reid Thank you so much, it’s my goal to respond to every question bc I think it’s just as Important as the tutorials themselves. ❤️
do I have to epoxy after I put on the tattoo or can i just use some kind of sealer?
C. Lands I would recommend doing epoxy, though you don’t have to it just won’t last long.
Yes put epoxy on it once your water slide is completely dry. It will seal it and protect it when you wash your cup.
So do you epoxy over the glitter before the tattoo???
I apologize for my delayed response, yes I do apply a thin coat of epoxy before applying the tattoo.
That's so Bad Ass!! I just ordered both the tack it over and over and some tattoo sleeves...can't wait until next Thurs. I have 2 already just regular glittered. Do you think a tattoo would look just a good on them?
Oh yeah, I’ve seen so many and they all look great, I should say as long as the glitter is a bright color, it will be beautiful.❤️
@@RebeccaEscott thanks for the reply...I will definitely go ahead with my 2 glittered cups!
Is the Holo glitter? Where did you get it?
Do you ever get air bubbles trapped? If so what do you do?
I apologize for my delayed response, If I do I wait until the tattoo is completely dry and then I will use my weeding pen to poke at the air pocket to release any air.
