Good on you for your life changes. I am all about moderation when it comes to drinking and whatever. Moderation is the key. Your bail flipped over on your cast causing your line to snap. I have that happen with some reels more than others. If it happens to much just remove the auto bail trip mechanism. I always manually close the bail anyway. 🤙🏼
Didn’t even notice the bail was closed lol mahalo! I usually close the bail right before my rig hits the water. 🙏🏽🤙🏽

On some reels the auto bail trip triggers to easily depending on the position of the rotor and reel handle. I believe the jarring act of casting can cause the bail to trip when the rotor and reel handle are properly lined up close to the trip position. Hate it when it happens. I often times when getting ready to cast close the bail and reposition it when I think the alignment is wrong. I hate breaking off tackle when casting. I have learned it is worth a laugh when you see someone else do it on UA-cam though! 😂🤣😂🤙🏼
Lolololol! 😂 yeah sometimes if my reel isn’t aligned right, the bail sits kinda weird so I have to reposition the reel to get in a good cast. 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

How come u guys no go Manuka fish for reds? Tis the season. I quit smoking cuz bronchitis but kinda went back 2 it. Felt no diff except for smells n tastes.
