as any1 gotten the sacred resin lead in malabal tor NOT in velyns habour? i finished the quest there and there are no aggro mobs. Been running around killing mobs for hours (heard somewhere it could drop off any mob in all of malabal tor) with no luck.
I wonder if the Petrified Oak Loop is from something silly like harvesting wood in High Isle.

I don't know if I just got lucky, but I have never had a problem while in werewolf in there, because you can't swap. Wonder if will be similar with the ring.

@@grumpywolfgaming Werewolf specifically doesn't get the debuff in CR. However this Mythic was tested on PTS and it does. TC Lee from Tank Club made a UA-cam Video about it where he tested.

So I have my one bar Maelstrom arena sorc build now using the OAK ring. She is definitely more powerful. I also love the quicker
regeneration for my Ultimate. I do not consider it a game changer but I feel it is a worthy item to have.
DAMN hard to get the strong box lead but worth the time. Thanks Alcast for this build been using her for a year now. Put Thrassians on her but prefer the OAK..
Going to take a guess that one lead will drop from a delve/public dungeon, and the other from one of the new dungeon bosses.
That seems to be the standard m.o. of most of the mythic items.

As a casual I like the ring. Im glad there is something out there for players that for whatever reason haven't been able to build a capable toon. I still like bar swapping tho
That's me. After 18 months I still can't do a decent dummy parse. Maybe now I can get all that perfected gear.

Bug: I just acquired Oakensoul Ring , I in turn went to recraft it at a transmutation station and in turn put the copy in my bank, logged off and back on with another toon, and went into my bank and it disappeared.
Mark my words this will hit live the way it is now and once the chapter hype wears off and they have sold as many copies as they can they will nerf it into the dirt!!
They already nerfed it heavy twice in a row and then gave a slight buff back, i dont think it will change much anymore.
@@Lunatic108 They did the exact same thing with warden and necro after release they were op asf! Then they nerfed the hell out of them and then are finally since last update getting to the point where they can compete with other classes! The only reason people even use necro's is for their ultimate and now there is a tank set that can do that! I can almost guarantee it will happen!

Well who knows, I don't think there will be changes though on the live server. But we only really know next week.
Just wait until all the console people have spent their money on the new chapter. After that, they will have a sudden revelation and see that "its power level needs to be adjusted"

Anyway, it's about the fact that the debelopers won't nerf the item before a loooot of people have bought the chapter. Nerfing the ring means fewer people buying the chapter. And that would mean less money. And i'm mentioning console players specifically because it comes out later for them ("for us")

This seems to be really powerful. But the thing is, I cannot imagine, after all this time, that I'll actually have fun playing a one bar build. It'll feel so weird. It's like having one arm and you constantly wanna switch to your phantom arm.
Give it a try, I still prefer two bars of course but it was fun playing around with 1 bar setups.
Seems just another way to play your character when you get bored of 2 bar go 1 bar then back and so on.
This is awesome but won't do for my two bar stamplar orc.
Letz bring back 3 bar builds or even 4 bar Builds. They are so hard to bring in a Rotation, but it is quite possible. So professionell

If you can fit your necessary skills in, you can be a one bar tank. I think Tank Club made a one bar tank build!
Don't listen to Alec it could definitely help and besides tanks need to do some damage too. It's a 1 bonus mythic so it doesn't really take anything away from your sets

yes it could be fun to mess around w it on some easy content but for majority of harder content you are way better off buffing and debuffing your group like a tank is meant to do
I can confirm that the effects of this op item is already starting to take hold in bg. I cannot believe a necro can bash me to death in 2 seconds or a jablar just one button killing me. And no I do not have 50-80 pings to allow me to dodge roll out of those 2 seconds death.
All in all be ready to get bursted down in bg by classes that are not NB.

I was able to get all 5 leads in 3 hours. I've been trying to get any of the leads to get the ring for another toon and cannot get any lead to drop. Is the max 1 total per account for this ring?
you don't need to farm leads for a 2nd ring!! you can now 'reconstruct' as many as you want with whatever trait for 25 transmute crystals at a transmute station!! enjoy

Excavate for them after you get all of them it should show up in your inventory

if it says overland, stick to overland. Dungeons and delves are separate and can contain other leads.

Sure, because these buffs are not already accessible through other skills already :-P This is nothing compared to Emp buffs.
If it works in no proc cyrodiil then that would change things around. For the 10 people that still play in that campaign.

If sets like rattlecage work there (I think they do, but not 100% sure) then I think this will too since it's essentially just rattlecage on crack. xD

@@HiHelloHi what else besides kinras though? That requires a 5s 5 light attack stack to maintain if you miss that at all the buff is gone for several seconds. The ring just helps keep it up 100% I’m personally loooking forward to it
@@ds698 That's user error, many people can keep 90%+ uptime on kinras in fights and its a dungeon set where the dagger is commonly sold for 250k. I'm not critiquing the ring, you can just run pillar of nirn instead of kinras and get both benefits, I'm just correcting Alcast

They only made that ring cos they know we can’t bar swap in pvp from how laggy it is

And oh by the way, NightBlades are getting buffs to Surprise Attack, Ambush, and Power Extraction.
And oh by the way, they are tripling the damage of Occult Overload.
And oh by the way, they aren't nerfing any of the broken crit proc sets like Caluurion's.

Fucking hate nightblades. I always quit pvp after like 5 matches because I get tired of chasing those invisble fuckers around the map give up and go look for others just to get ganked in the back
5 minutes into a 7 minutes long video and still no information on how to get the item.
