I broke the orange cable 😓 can i buy is without the whole controller?

I don't think you can. Go to wbay and look for the one like you have, then use the cable from it. There are a few different models, so make sure it's the same circuit

what kind of IR led is that on that orange cable? i changed it to a blue one and now i sure its an IR led for the rotation function... xD
