    Excellent video. The only thing I'm uncertain of is the Change Baseline. If we add change order work to the Original Baseline at say, 40% of the way through the project, where exactly do we add the change order work activities to the Original Baseline? Do we A) Add them to the natural sequence, which could be at an earlier / later date compared to the current schedule? B) Add them to the Original Baseline based on the current schedule date, while ignoring the original sequence? or C) Something different altogether?

    On trying to change the 'At completion units' to Budgeted units - it gives a warning that At completion values cant be lower than actual units

    I mean, how to update for activity delay reason in reason for delay column
