I set up my plan with budgeted manhours against our total resources, but everyday the resources will be changing as some workers won’t be available. How do I show this constant change in the resources daily and how do I create an S curve for this?
@@SoftEdemy So you mean changing the resources each day as they work and comparing it against the baseline resources on primavera? Or just doing it on excel?
@omeryasin23 resource assignment > Group and sort by > Resources . Change the user preferences to what measures do you want like Manpower by day per hour per week or per month. Choose the unit which you need to show in resource assignment. Every resource per day assignment will be their. Make sure while doing all this your schedule is loaded with resources as per their productivity rates . Thanks. For monthly basis change user preferences units to month and time scale should be also in month
You are doing great, keep it up
Thanks for your comment
Great 👍

Awesome! Can we still use this method to create Cashflow S-curve?
@reginaldibenne6875 cash flow is something else . I Don't have video of it.
The graph and calculation is different
@@SoftEdemy Okay sir
Thanks

Thanks for the training. Is it possible for you to write out these steps? I want to replicate what you just explained by following the steps.

Create Planned vs actual histogram for manpower

@denisagba3955 apply same actual on both.
Show same curve in both P6 and excel
@denisagba3955 you can only show actual histogram separately its also acceptable.

Sure ,Noted I will make a detailed video on cash flow.
how to convert budgeted units to manpower?
P6 have default column as budgeted labor units .
@@SoftEdemy I want to show manpower (Not labor units) on a monthly basis. How can I do that?
