I mean, Idia is actively awake and messing with shit as well as in contact with the outside world. Lilia is just kinda annoying him by being lucid, but so is literally everyone at this point.
This could be a Malleus clone, but I think it's more likely he put Lilia to sleep and left. I'm sure we'll find out more in the next update 👀
