For the gap below the window, let me suggest you remove the window, prior to filling up the gap with mortar/small block work, etc to minimize/eliminate mortar/cementious material on the nicely done window frame. The windows can be installed once the corrections are done.
Good suggestion except I didn’t anticipate such huge variances so we ended up affixing the windows. I will ensure whichever window gets redressed is cleaned thoroughly afterwards

Literally most manufactured products in the world these days are from China and getting them directly from there means getting the best value your money can buy you or the design you’ll love. The customization aspect of everything we can order is also endless. The only reason you probably ended up with a gab may have been the measurements and the person who did it but the adjustment shouldn’t be that much as the gap between the windows and the walls are very minimal and can easily be fixed Let save our money and get most of our things directly from there but only thing is that we have to get our measurements millimeters perfect
You nailed it all the way, bro! There has so far been zero mistakes from the factories we have engaged. For my windows, the mistakes was solely due to us not measuring some windows correctly. We are working on resolving them though I am content with the outcome so far

Unfortunately we have to close some big gaps around some windows (drama!!!!) but we will seal afterwards. That’s the plan.
