Nice Building. I remember when u went to the guys on the hill top to come help u to clear some stones on your land. Time flies and the area developing so fast ❤❤😅
Good memory, Don Jaguar! Richard; one of those guys is actually in this video. He was sitting in front of the garage in a black shirt. Thank you for the support always.
@@GhanabaKwaku The finished product is justifying all the money being spent and all the research put into getting all the quality material you needed to go into your house. Very often we settle a lot and just get what’s available but you refused to settle and went after what you desired In your building process, you’ve open a lot of eyes and helped a lot of people. We appreciate all you work and research which has benefitted some of us immensely
The longer you leave the land for him how harder it is to get it back according to Ghana law system. So if you want it sorted out talk now or remain silent like they say in weddings.

Thank you for the kind words, brother! I’m glad some value is coming out of me sharing my experiences. That makes me happy.
Nice one bros
Thank you!
Bro are you going to slop the door way down?
That is a possibility but hopefully it will be a gentle step is needed.

I agree; won’t be much longer
I can't understand the nonchalant attitude as people steal from you. It's your land. No one should build on it. I wouldn't just let it go.
I appreciate the sentiment but I am not being nonchalant; rather, I’m being neighborly beyond one generation.
