Yep, I'm right there with you about Colin Moulding! A lot of music fans don't know this about him & Pink Floyd. XTC is also my favorite band and actually my favorite musicians. Terry Chambers is, hands down, my favorite drummer. Amazing rhythm section! No one else is like them, yet it's so easy to hear their influence on so many other bands.
The flea bass is shell pink. Guy Pratt's 'Betsy' is burgundy mist. I've got a burgundy mist Sire Marcus V7, girlfriend loves it so it's up on the wall 😂
I have a custom shop, "champagne sparkle" Strat that I used to think was sparkle burgundy mist. My wife loves it too but when she asked me to put it on the wall, I firmly said "NO". Only my IYV and Crafter acoustic bass can hang on the living room wall 😂
@@progrockjock 🤣🤣, the reason I was happy to go along with it was because it meant I could have my seafoam green Warmoth custom build P bass back in my studio where it belongs!! Lol. She had taken a shine to that sometime back.
Believe it or not, she actually talked me into putting my Pedulla on the wall but I had trouble sleeping, knowing that it was out of the case, so she eventually let me swap it for the MM SUB fretless.
