You didnt quite understand construction obols. So how it works: if you are on the chraracter with them on and open construction you get more buildrate that stays till you open it again on another character without the obols. That means you just need 1 set of obols at max
What do you think about the directional cogs boosting Exp instead of build rate? I've heard the argument before that pushing exp harder is going to yield higher levels faster and thus higher build-rates, but I feel it may not be as effective anymore at higher construction levels (and Yang cogs already provide big boosts to exp). I also tend to use more build-rate boosts in the directional cogs.
I can see that being an effective way to gain levels quickly at the cost of some build rate temporarily. However, you'll always have a higher build rate with the +% building speed cogs obviously. Not sure what would be the most efficient way in the long run though.
Any endgamer will tell you to go 2x DK on the board with directional XP, everything XP. The scaling of levels outweights the BR cogs way too much, especially early-mid. Higher XP doesnt only give better Levels and hence BR, but cogs found are based on your highest con level alt. So higher Levels = More XP etc. You can then later on start collecting some BR directionals if you're bored once your endgame, don't see many switch stuff around though.
I can confirm the benefits of exp directional cogs. The reason why this ultimately works is because each level you gain results in one additional stack of the carpenter bubble, and that is ~4% per level, like you said. (Yes, max is 5% but I'm being realistic for early-mid game players who are maximizing their gains from alchemy and pouring atoms into the bubble, people who don't have 2k+ bubble levels there.) So, more levels means more build rate, and the maximum build rate % for directional cogs caps, as do the player exp bonus for the directional cogs, but the standard exp bonus keeps scaling. So, more levels = higher exp bonus = more carpenter bonus = more build rate. This scales indefinitely, whereas build rate percentages will hit diminishing returns a lot quicker. Yes, anyone who has to switch over to build their long term build rate will experience a hefty drop on your current build rate, but if you let the levels stack, you'll begin to catch up faster than you would previously. I had about 17M build rate before switching, which took me about 4 days to get set up again, but after another week or so, I'm up to almost 20M build rate, and that is something i can make scale faster than just focusing on build rate %. It's a quick fix for the now, but it doesn't have any insane long term investment. It's great! Don't get me wrong, it's freaking amazing, but when you need billions of build rate and you only have about 30-40M, you will be pressed for building the rate further. Faster levels means faster rates.
All the unlocks that increase your Winners Bonuses are as follows: Crystal Comb charm from sneaking. Winz Lantern artifact from sailing. The bonus from the W6 Merit Shop. The "Regalis My Beloved" and "Spectre Stars" W6 achievements.

Do Linear %Buildspeed cogs become better than %exp linear cogs in the late game ?
Hello, how did you end up with +28 Library Max in your Summoner's Table? I have completed it but it's at +15 Library Max.
All the unlocks that increase your Winners Bonuses are as follows:
Crystal Comb charm from sneaking.
Winz Lantern artifact from sailing.
The bonus from the W6 Merit Shop.
The "Regalis My Beloved" and "Spectre Stars" W6 achievements.
8:31 Noooooooooooo!!!! You want player exp%
Levels give build rate at a faster rate than build speed will ever provide
so should i make all my cogs exp?
W3 is pretty easy tbh
