In his prime Brian was one of the very best drummers in all of Rock, check not only his work with Lizzy but the album 'Funky Junction' .His playing on that just incredible just like Ian Paice, not that he needs to copy anyone Brian has his own style influencing me highly!
I guess Brian Downey refuses to play any songs not found on Live And Dangerous ? 🤦 The Low Riders love playing "vagabond of the western world" , but never ever play it with Downey . It's sad
