Found this topic, from this specific angle, today. It's extremely interesting, but my god is it hard to find people I feel that I can trust.
This is by far the best video I've found thus far. Also, I guess we vibrate closer to eachother since I feel calm watching you. A certain good feeling grew within after seeing you do the technique 3 times. Now I have to try it before bed. It's impossible not to when I'm so drawn to it. My body is warmer now too. Yes, this is a great first step. My cells (myself) are all reacting positively to this.
Interesting. I'm also getting into Gematria (today) and wrote Mary/Maria just a couple of minutes ago. Because I was thinking of Virgin Mary that was mentioned in the video I watched before this. Couldn't vibe with the person at all, but tried hard to get the ideas I could learn from. Then I clicked this video minutes later and I'm drawn to you. I trust certain signs when I experience them. Will see where this takes me.
3rd thing. When I do Qigong I love doing the upward movement. And I've been doing my own variations at times because it feels as if I'm connecting to the angels, although it is something I haven't explored much yet due my current living circumstances which are very limited at the moment.
Either way. A lot has begun moving within me after reaching 6:20. Which correlates with the 8 that you spoke about too. Haha. I'll stop. I'll do the excercise and then sleep soundly.
