Because of our frugal lifestyle & Investments, I have not had to go back to work, even with him gone.
I love both channels. You're right, Al. It's never too late to fulfill your dreams. I started a UA-cam channel at age 69. I did it for my children. I put 33 years in the trucking industry, wanted to go 15 more ,health problems and depression took that away from me 7 years ago. 60 years old now can hardly walk, no retirement funds left. Living off disability benefits that don't seem to last a month. Tried go fund to raise a little help, hardly any response, just makes me feel useless. Watching your videos and your family time is a good pick me up. Love you and your family and may God continue to Bless you and your family.
Great video 📹 . You get me motivated as a disabled person. I do bbq all the time. I suggest side ribs or rib ends , cheap and good ! The bbq sauce I make is not bad . Half cup of vinegar 1 cup of brown sugar and 1 cup of ketchup, salt and pepper , bring it to a low boil and let cool . Adjust anything to taste. I smoke hamburgers and steaks on the grill with my mini smoke box that sits on the grill as well . The hickory smoked bacon cheeseburgers almost caused a car accident out front one afternoon. Now, I've landed on your personal channel! That was a great inspirational talk, Al! I hope your followers put your words to good use & "go for IT" whatever IT is! I'm a 70 year old woman with multiple physical disabilities; but, I'm in the process of packing up my house with plans to sell it. I've lived here for nearly 39 years & I'll tell you what, I'm ready for a change! I've lived alone, eaten my meals alone, made all the decisions alone & loneliness REALLY sucks! So, my daughter got married in March & they bought a house in April. While looking for the right house, they kept me in mind as their partner in the purchase. I'll be moving into our house very soon! There have been many years that I've worried I'd be alone here for the rest of my life! So, when they asked me to live with them, I jumped at the chance with both feet! If I can survive the packing, etc. for this move, then other folks can achieve their goals, too! That's a very nice family you have! My son-in-law is wanting one of those grills! It’s gotten so bad my favorite passion in my life and my saving grace when depressed or anxious i can no longer do myself. The depression is worse staying inside doing nothing. Wow, you weren't kidding, that pool is really looking a lot better!! And you said in the video that your yard looks bad, at first I was thinking how is that bad? Then I realized you meant all the bare spots and such. Well don't you have one of those riding fertilizers? I saw a guy on one in my neighborhood the day before yesterday, and I didn't even realize they had such a thing! I always saw my Dad and everyone else using the little push spreaders. So I thought of you when I saw that. I also love how involved you and Shiloh are with the kids when they want or need something. Like their blanket forts. I used to make those when I was a kid a loooooong time ago, and we even made them out on our back patio and slept in them when we were kids. So much fun! And once again, I am loving ALL of your vlogs...they are very enlightening. I have wanted to start a channel also about limb loss, but I haven't the slightest clue how to edit or add things to the videos and I don't want them to be boring, I want them to be interesting. Maybe you could take a day and give some of us a one on one with how the process works. Hello Al! I enjoy your channels, a tip for remembering lists, we use a small white board and dry erase our lists. I take a pic of it so I have it when needed. Erase , delete it after completed.

We have a local restaurant here in Idaho that has a commercial smoker. One of their favorites is smoked mac and cheese! You should try that. They also smoke their baked beans! Love your family, buddy!

Love watching both. Do you have a lawn mower business that you actually get paid for or do you just do youtube. You are very successful and I am being nosey. So you don't have to answer. UA-cam seems to be a great job for a lot of people. I personally can't stand to be in front of a camera. Keep doing what your doing.

Wow, you weren't kidding, that pool is really looking a lot better!! And you said in the video that your yard looks bad, at first I was thinking how is that bad? Then I realized you meant all the bare spots and such. Well don't you have one of those riding fertilizers? I saw a guy on one in my neighborhood the day before yesterday, and I didn't even realize they had such a thing! I always saw my Dad and everyone else using the little push spreaders. So I thought of you when I saw that. I also love how involved you and Shiloh are with the kids when they want or need something. Like their blanket forts. I used to make those when I was a kid a loooooong time ago, and we even made them out on our back patio and slept in them when we were kids. So much fun! And once again, I am loving ALL of your vlogs...they are very enlightening. I have wanted to start a channel also about limb loss, but I haven't the slightest clue how to edit or add things to the videos and I don't want them to be boring, I want them to be interesting. Maybe you could take a day and give some of us a one on one with how the process works. You take such good care of your Blackstone. I really want one, but the hubby is cheap, lol. In my opinion, if you clean up the grass in the cracks of the concrete under the gazebo, that in and of itself will make the yard look better. But give yourself a break, you just had a pool put in.
I am loving watching you cook on your new grill. My Weber grill died a few years ago. I just cook for me and it was small and was perfect for me. I live through you Al. I have a lot of physical ailments so I stay home most of the time. Watching you and your family lets me dream of what it would be to have my boys around. I rarely see them and they aren't around. I'm 83, fixing to srart freeze drying stuff for the fun of it. No saving food for 30 years 😂. There isn't a whole lot about meals and cooking i want to do. I mostly live along now. If you're physical able just go ahead and just do it. Maybe worth while or a waste of time, it doesn't matter. 😊
