Can you make a flash pattern in red white and blue?
My bluetooth doesn't want to pair with the app. It used to come up but not anymore and my whip wont light up. I have power to one of the 4 pins on the connector. Any suggestions?

Just bought a set. Worked perfect on the bench connected to battery. Installed on vehicle, won’t turn on, have power all the way up to plug on whip. Get this, if you use test light on the other 3 pins in plug. The other whip will light up. Makes no sense, it’s like a bad ground, but we than hooked directly to battery. Still nothing. So from the bench to vehicle, the harness or control box must have screwed up.
That's definitely an odd one. I'd say loose connections in the control box? If you could, give us a call so we can swap it out and send the faulty one to our supplier to see what went wrong there. Our number is 855.743.3427 and we are in 8a-8p (edt) Monday-Thursday and 8a-5p (edt) Friday.
Can you tie these into your brakes with a brake module to make them light up Red when you apply brake?

I have a big question I bought two whips separate and one has a red and black and the other has another red and black (2 leads) so my question is do I buy a 14 gauge wire to connect to both red and both black should I buy a 16 gauge or does it matter ???
Question I just had two of these dealership installed 5' on my 2022 pro R ultimate and i can not get them to work right? The only way the whole whip will light up is in demo mode? Any other mode and i only get the bottom 2' that works? It is the same using the remote or the app. How do i fix this? Thanks
Go to the app and choose settings, then chase settings. At the top it says "please scroll to select". Select your whip lights and change the pixel to 1000. If this does not correct the issue, give us a call, 855.743.3427.
Is there anyway to install whip lights with an external battery ?
My light whip does not want to connect to the app. Please help. When I press that green “power” icon, nothing pops up

Do I need a harness for my whips I have a light bar and I hooked them up to my buss bar and it blew my fuze the light bar is hooked up with with a harness but my whips were not

Do you need to install a inline fuse?
There is already an inline fuse in the harness.
Is the Power harness sold together with the led whips ?

This app has been updated to a different version which unfortunately does not connect to music.
