I don't know if it's true but heard you can get around copy rights with companys if you were to change the pattern in a slight way. But I bet it's still risky having a company come after you. Love your ghost rug pattern Glinda.
Talking about the yarn that is stitches cast on for knitting...I think the casting on is the easiest part of knitting. I think it's a gimmick like the granny squares and flower sq yarns.
