it does not support optical !!!! i bought one how does the dam mic work nothing in the manual what's it for any one can help solve the mystery appreciated

I just got one of these, they are rubbish. I think that they would work better on a Samsung TV but for a Hisense it is useless, the sound quality on normal TV is very poor, it only shines a little bit for HDR blu ray. If you don't have a Samsung TV I would say save your money. I only wanted this because it was white. I am in two minds on sending mine back, but I will give it a few more tries first.
