"Rubbish days" -- not! Delightful searches, wonderful homes, and so much support from Phil and Kirstie for their homeseekers -- and for each other! Each is the other's best fan.
Wonderful results. I didn't like the first house Phil showed Katherine but it occurred to me that the light industrial unit next door might have offered a couple of benefits. First, being single storey, it didn't overlook the garden - not the case often when houses are situated close to each other. Secondly, weekends would presumably be nice and quiet for her. Overall, though, the house she chose was much more suitable for her needs.
For the older single woman, I loved the 2nd house. Unfortunately, the location wasn't right for her. For me, I would compromise on location to have the perfect house complete with a gym. For the couple, although I loved the 2nd house, I would go for the 3rd one too. The saved 50k would be more than enough to update it and give it a better look.
another to visit Montreal the different neighborhoods which make you travel from one country to another. Old Montreal is like an old city in Europe, Westmount along de Maisonneuve is so British, Chinatown for Asia ,the typical North American Downtown with its sky scrapers and Le plateau or Hochelaga with it's staircase unique in Quebec
I seldomly have see so many ugly houses in a show. And given the price tags on them, this is a rather depressing watch. 😕 But thank you so much for uploading these new episodes. Greatly appreciated.
I would be so frustrated waiting so long to exchange. I understand that it takes much longer to do the title searches and the survey in the UK, but I it makes the chance of completing a chain sale, what we call a contingent sale in the USA, riskier. I can understand why so many times follow-ups to the buyers on Location, Location, Location end up being tales of incomplete deals and new searches.
I can't figure out the heating system in Kathryn's house. Is it gas? Or is it remote heating for all the houses. I would think twice about a log burner. Not good for your respiratory system and the emissions are not good for the neighborhood, let alone the planet
Depends what the business is: there were a number of ventilators on the roof: emissions? Noise during the day if you are sick, working from home, have visitors in your home during the day, etc.
"This pisses you off" - yanks hankerchief out of Phil's pocket "Especially when you blow your nose on it!" Best unscripted show on tv. Americans could learn to hire hosts for chemistry and throw all the heavy scripts out.
lawyers. Yes, it takes forever. I grew up in England but have purchased 3 homes in Texas. So much easier. Now I'm in Thailand and both parties turn up at the local Land Office with I.D. and cash and it's all done within 2 hours or so.
I New Zealand, if sold at auction, its usually unconditional at the fall of the hammer. And if sold either by negotiation or Deadline sale, 6 weeks is common after Sale and Purchase documents signed.
@@PaulRLightAh, but a foreigner cant own the land, only the property that stands on it. Thats why so many get fleeced when a Thai partner owns the land then builds on it in conjunction with a foreigner and the relationship goes bottom up.
Me too, I think the world is celebrating. Yet November is not here yet, SCOTUS has not decided on immunity. I’ve learned a lot about narcissism from him.
When one is feeling crappy, watching Kirsty and Phil is one of my joys
Hope you feel better soon. 🌹
so true
I feel this and agree!
So true!!

Thank you for uploading. Great result for both parties of house hunters 😊
I love the comradery between the two of you. You bring a smile to my face. You are beautiful Kirsty 😊
🌺Kirsty and Phill🥰. The sweetest couple ever.
Thank you, much appreciated 🇨🇦❤️
I could feel Kathryn's excitement and joy. I'm so happy she found a home. It's important to feel grounded after a divorce. Thanks, Roldan

Loving the cat chilling on the children bed at 17:04 😂
A lovely episode and lovely buyers. So happy they both secured their dream home.
THANK YOU!!! I appreciate you uploading these episodes makes my day!!!
16:58 So are we gonna mention cute cat seating quietly on the bed judging potential buyers?
I didn't even notice it with all the stuffed toys, and had to go back after seeing your comment. The up-down look it gives them is adorable.
Katherine was a really lovely buyer.

Always a pleasure watching 😎
Antoinette Goodhair! Kirsty is so funny, and the funny thing is I had already thought how nice Antoinette’s hair is!😆
Cheers Roldan, champion.
I love Kirsty & phil
Both lovely - well done K&P!
Great episode!
Both made excellent choices. 🎉
Thank you Roldan!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
At 3:00 is that an albino deer? How rare is that!? Rarer than affordable house that gives "the feeling."
Very lovely area.
Thank you!
So happy for Katherine!
Such a lovely episode 🥰
Actually, the houses within walking distance from shopping is best. For me. No longer able to drive.

10 miles is nothing, Bognor has a lovely beach too
The house buying system in England is so unfair. You accept and offer that's, but no! So unfair. Love this show and can't get it in the US
Kirstie looks good

1st house, you are at work during the day, so no disruption from the company next door?
Depends what the business is: there were a number of ventilators on the roof: emissions? Noise during the day if you are sick, working from home, have visitors in your home during the day, etc.
I agree.
Ten miles to work is too much? Bwahahahaha. How pampered can you be?
How did simple house become half a million??

Is Kirstie a sister to Sofie Allsop?
From the US, after excepting offer why would it take 4 months or more to close?

@@maxineb9598 ah, but the foreigner can have a 30 year lease on the land.
Matt and Antoinette are lovely. Catherine, on the other hand, strikes as a most disagreeable person, indeed!
This must've been written by her ex
Today, 5/30/24 t/rump in the US was found guilty on 34 of 34 counts - I have been crying for joy and this is the icing on the cake.
Me too, I think the world is celebrating. Yet November is not here yet, SCOTUS has not decided on immunity. I’ve learned a lot about narcissism from him.
I think Phil has to get the prize for long suffering. Kirsty can be rude and pushy, she only gets worse with age.
Totally disagree!
