National Day Rally: On the first or second Sunday following National Day, the prime minister gives an address to the nation, discussing the country’s status and accomplishments, and announcing future plans and policy changes.

they are known as Dollfie Dream (Vinyl dolls) and Super Dollfie (resin dolls) created and sold by a japanese company called Volks. They periodically collab with popular cartoons/animes to make the characters into dolls. They have an authorised dealer for Dollfie Dream in SG.
These are collector items and there is a number of owners in SG, with some who bring them out for photo sessions for various occasions, for this case is for fireworks.
