Just to add, bispecific antibodies are now being served as effective therapeutic agents in cancer immunotherapy. Creative Biolabs gives a number of advanced strategies (recombinant DNA technology, phage display technology etc.) to synthesize the most comprehensive bispecific antibodies above-mentioned with high purity and affinity.

I am a newly discovered MGUS patient with neurological and kidney problems that are so far identified.
More studies to come including the bone marrow biopsy.
I guess I am fortunate then most as I am being cared for by the VA because of exposure to Agent Orange in Vietnam and I was poison by the waters at Camp Lejeune several years ago.
My question is:
Using Bi-Specific antibody in the treatment of Multiple Myeloma are these antibodies anti inflammatory or pro inflammatory?
If they are pro inflammatory ( being overweight at age 75 with history of COPD) i think I may have to stay away from them unless Vitamin D3 and perhaps Pepcid an H2 blocker can be administer with these Bi-Specific antibodies to reduce any pro inflammatory response they may have.
Currently on my own I am taking Quercetin for it effect of hopefully killing the cancer plasma B cells.
At least for now; why not as I have nothing to loose by trying a non side effects treatment of my own.
