No you can visit Pakistan, last year we also visited over there and all Gurudwara’s. One tour is going every year at Guru Nanak Birthday. We also went there and trust me it’s all save nothing to worry about safety. It’s all same. That tour is big tour people’s are going from Canada, US, Italy, India.

Jas ji ek toh aap refind oil use karna bilkul chod dijiye. Ye sari bimariyon ki jad hai. Aap ya toh filtered oil use karain ya desi ghee. Or filtered oil bhi aap badal ke use karain kabhi moongfali kabhi sarson.
