All of them are either interior designer or fashion designer or jewellery designer because those are the only fields can enter with so much money without brain. Some are even influencer like Mira Kapoor. Gauri khan started working only recently after her first 2 kids were all grown up and nothing to do at home. While other normal women like us work through out life right after college through marriage, pregnancy and kids!! So don’t get me started on hardworking. My 2 cents!!
And they treat employees like shit. Thats real. They have no idea of real life struggles of normal people. She doesn't know what real work is. Girl you conducting all these business meets because you have capital from your husband. Who has worked his ass off to earn so much. Ask the chef of that restaurant what real work is. Working 12 to 14 hrs in kitchen.. ask him how he feels.
Best thing I liked about this conversation was there was no mention and discussion about Shahrukh Khan. The conversation revolved around the entrepreneur and her passion and the business itself. Well done Kamiya.

But it would be nice if celebrities cater for the average person. A place affordable for residents to enjoy and say that they dine in a star's restaurant. I understand the high society life, but majority of the country are low and middle income earners.

You eat at a dhaba. Save some money. Go and watch their movie no matter how crappy the story is. Then they open a 5 star 7 star restaurant. Then you ask them to open a dhaba for you. Do you really think their world works like that. They want to grow their money. They can’t open charity restaurant for general public.

the problem with Celebrity restaurants ...is LOW FOCUS ON FOOD ....but extra ordinary focus on the decor ......so many of these fall in the same trap .....right from Kapil dev's disaster in Chandigarh ...to this now .....!

I really like Kamya Jani. I did not find any substance in this video.. Kamya asked what did you keep in mind while designing this restaurant , all Gauri Khan could say was "Lots of sunlight" she did not go into detail about the art work about the fabrics about the colour combination, texture , overall style of the restaurant. I don't understand if she is a real designer or she outsources the design part. Secondly Kamya asked Gauri what would you say to other women who wants to do something for themselves Gauri could not say anything substantial at all.... I have no qualms against Gauri.. I am sure she has her own struggles/achievements but I do not learn anything listening to her.. I don't get motivated
