    I love how in depth Zane goes to actually understanding the artist on a truly personal level, while also not putting them in uncomfortable positions with that knowledge just to get a story.

    I wasn’t surprised that she quit the band, I kinda guessed that, that had happened and thank god for Taylor because we wouldn’t have gotten “After Laughter”. I’m also glad in some way that she and Taylor made up or got closure with Josh and I hope someday that they can heal A wound or two with Jeremy.

      Rumor had it that her and Josh dated prior to her relationship with her husband. I can see as a 18 or 19 year how one can be petty and unprofessional after the relationship ended. They were kids.

      @BG12sofia 4 роки тому +44

      On one hand I'm kinda surprised we're bringing this up again, almost ten years after Josh left the way that he did. On the other hand, since Hayley has been saying in multiple interviews that therapy allowed her to realise she has abandonment issues and that she tried to create a substitute family with Paramore... no wonder we're discussing Josh and Jeremy leaving again.

    • @Crazyarchfiend
      @Crazyarchfiend 4 роки тому +15

    • @zeeq7331
      @zeeq7331 4 роки тому +27

      She did not really call them out though. For Josh, she and Taylor actually bumped into him and prolly catch up. And things are healed and they all moved on. She even admitted in Vulture interview (or whichever article) that she had a crush on Josh before. But it was in the past. For Jeremy, this is the first time she said his name in a long long time. THAT, I am surprised.

    • @sofiafarina
      @sofiafarina 4 роки тому +19

      Sofia Hey we have the same name :-D Anyways, exactly. She usually would be very closed off to those kind of conversations before but look at what it got her. Mental health issues and EVEN physical issues. She needed to write this album into existence for her sake to heal. Also, we can all learn from this too. Healing traumas and unresolved issues within ourselves. So I guess these conversations and her answers needed to be verbalized in order to understand the narrative and underlying issues of what was.

    This feels so good to me cause I was a young teenager when all this happened, I’d just seen them for the first time all together on the bne tour and then so soon after Josh and Zac left and reading the things that were said about Hayley made me so confused because I was so young and had looked up to her for so long and to read that stuff it made me question everything, and then the change up in genre in the following albums made me confused and now so nice to go back and listen to albums like the self titled one and know more of what was happening and especially after laughter, and know I understand why so much changed and I’m so greatly for it, it all feels so right now and completely eliminates the confusion and bad vibes I felt about everything after BNE 🖤 I love how candid she’s being and I feel so sorry for ever doubting her, I know she’s not perfect but that’s the point! And that’s why she’s such a roll model to me even now, she’s owning her part but also explaining so much more of the full story and it really makes everything fall into place. Hayley and Paramore will always be in my heart. 🖤
