IN that case if not sure can we give waterbased ca(oh)2 as some remnant of metapex might be present...so presence of both waterbased and oilbased ca(oh)2 will result in ??
1. In vital pulp after bmp we can place calcium in First visit?? 2. If one time calcium placed for 7 days?? How many more time for 7 days in non vital??

Good evening Doctor, thank you for the valuable video! And Sir, is TAP recommended in case of granuloma sorrounded with medium chronic imflammation on the top of the root? It is a re-rct. Or only aspiration and ca / or metapex? Or maybe this case it is better to use? Because treatment options are getting really limited as being 2.time rct, right after big infection is over with antibiotics. (Upper molar tooth, so studies says in this case even the aspiration is risky due to the nearby sinus issues where the roots end) Sorry if you said it I am just not familier with hindi I am only recognizing it.
First sitting bmp done Second sitting gave metapex , then patient called on 3rd day that there was pain while chewing and there’s mild swelling Will the swelling go off with medications sir ?

Calcium hydroxide can be given if you are doing MTA apexification
