Who remembers the sabrina the teenage witch episode when Britney guest stars on the show and sings this song?
In Sabrina the Teenage Witch, they had the Backstreet Boys as well when she made that bottle of talent. One bottle was missing and they had it. I remember that episode. Sabrina the teenage witch has a lot of guest stars.

You were right, the movie was called Drive Me Crazy. Britney and Melissa are friends in real life. Their friendship started when Brit appeared in one of Sabrina's episodes. Melissa recently did an interview talking about their relationship, after attending Brit's Vegas residency.

Melissa Joan Hart was originally a Nickelodeon star with 'Clarrisa Explains it All'. Adrian Grenier was in a bunch of different shows. Entourage is he is pretty known for.
MJH actually did comment in an interview more recently that she was disappointed she didn't get to. She said she sat in her trailer for two days. Then the director put her on set and just told her (and all the extras) "dance!!" So she freestyled the best she could. She did say she was happy she got to walk "sexy" with her though.

I never knew the song had any correlation with the movie either (and why those two actors were in the music video!) Apparently the movie was supposed to be called Next To You, but because Britney's song was gonna be on the soundtrack, they changed the name of the movie to Drive Me Crazy.
