Before I even watch the video until the end just wanna say how amasing it is to have such a job as a pilot. And good on Turkish airlines for letting so many women in as pilots. Truly "full of envy" to all who are lucky to have such a profession. I wish I could go back in my teenage years and be more decisive. In fact I was, but I was not let by my own family, so here's what I'd tell "some" parents - do not stop your children when they have an interest or a desire for certain profession - any profession. Later in life truly lucky are only those who have chosen their passion as a life job.

French is among 7 ICAO languages, so we can comunicate in franch with atc assuming you have french ICAO level on FCL.

French is a ICAO language. ATC and French pilots speak French better than english, they understand better each other. In Brazil we use Portuguese and english too.

A321 is such a great plane. Turkish Airlines wanted Istanbul to be the biggest hub in the middle east and that came with it's own problems. The quantity of the passengers went up dramatically, therefore the quality of the food and the service went down hill! So happy to see that the Pilots are well trained and super professional.

Ona PAPI ışıkları deniliyor. Pilot iniş yaparken piste uçağın yaklaşma açısının yüksekte veya alçakta kaldığını göstermek için bir çeşit rehber. 4 ışığı olur. Beyaz ve kırmızıdır. Bazen sadece beyaz görünür. Eğer altında kaldıysa o hayali açının kırmızı yanar. Beyazdan örnek vereyim 4 ışığın 2'si yanarsa pilot doğru bir açıyla piste yaklaşıyor demektir. 1'i yanarsa hafif yaklaşma açısının altında yaklaşıyor demektir. 3 beyaz yanıyorsa biraz üstünde kaldı, 4 yanarsa yüksekte kaldı demektir. Aynı zamanda uçaktaki göstergeler radyo sinyalleri ILS frekansları Vor frekansları doğru gösterse bile herhangi bir uçaktaki veya yerdeki radyo vericisinin arızası durumunda o PAPI ışıkları yine rehber olur. Özellikle oto pilottan çıkıldığında 1000 feet ve altında çok etkilidir.
