Finding sloths and red frogs 🦥 | Solo backpacking Panama 🇵🇦

In this video I am on the island of Bastimento in Bocas Del Toro, Panama. I will be finding wild sloths and red frogs whilst getting lost on the tropical island. I had an amazing time on the red frog island. I went to the beach, found lots of wildlife in nature, enjoyed welcome drinks at the Selina red frog hostel, attended some yoga classes and a salsa class. It was a jam packed 2 days, 1 night on the island and I am so excited to share all the adventures with you!

Have you ever seen a sloth in the wild? I was SO excited to finally see them!!!
Also realised that I kept calling the sloth a "he" when clearly it is a "she" if it has a baby with it, my bad..
