Your teaching style is never boring. So refreshing...
D. Wyatt is the best at explaining in relatable terms and repeating himself to drive the point home, even going over the small details to ensure understanding. Much appreciated as most other cats just speed thru tutorials and gloss over IMPORTANT minor details they assume everyone knows.
Just found this and I love it. You got a new sub❤❤❤
Very thank you for this ,❤❤
Pure gems on this channel. Very helpful. Thank you for this!
I was trying to manually tone match my guitars by boosting and while the tone was very similar, i could feel so much trash frequencies along with it that I couldnt nail. I then applied this technique and it was amazing! Never looking back, thank you for this video!
Just discovered your videos today. Love your work, already learned a lot thank you. Just wondered how a heavy low cut slope causes phase shift? Can you please elaborate? Cheers - Roger.
Fantastic video and teaching
I said the other day when talking about why I sing and record exclusively into dynamic mics that my instrument is the mic...after being a sax player for over a decade. Being a speaker player as well. as an engineer is genius analogy. I'm with that mindset one hundred percent.
Also subscribed and hit the bell. Genius content.
Thanks
Almost too good to be there. 35 years of being a producer and engineer: I sign every word this man says.
Cuts are just extreme boosts with the volume turned down
what did you smoke before commenting this
@@gggz420 He's right. If you boost certain frequencies then lower the output to unity gain, you've now cut the frequencies between those boosts. Different way to get the same results.
