    Breakfast is one of the key and important meals of the day. Sometimes, a lot of time is spent analysing and thinking about what to prepare rather than actually preparing it.
    There are times when we feel like trying out something new, different and that which is an easy and healthy recipe.
    In my video today, I am sharing one such simple and quick breakfast recipe made using flattened rice (Aval), rice flour and veggies which can be enjoyed with coconut chutney, ketchup or simply even curd.
    Aval roti / Avalakki roti / Poha roti Is a very simple and easy recipe. When combined with fresh veggies, this roti tastes delicious and can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack.
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup Aval (poha)
    - 2 inch ginger, finely chopped
    - curry leaves, finely chopped
    - 2 green chillies, finely chopped
    - handful coriander, finely chopped
    - 1 onion finely chopped
    - 2 carrots, grated
    - 1 tsp cumin seeds
    - 1 cup rice flour
    - 1/2 tsp asafoetida
    - salt
    - Oil as required
