Patriots Point, USS Yorktown honors 9/11 victims

Patriots Point honored the 2,977 people whose lives were lost during the terrorist attacks on September 11, by blowing the USS Yorktown’s horn six times to symbolize each of the fateful events that occurred 21 years ago.

I first heard the horn in 2021 before and after the Fourth of July fireworks show so I will never forget I also will never feel anything but patriotic when I hear that horn
