Thanks! Have you seen the Mach-E GT video we made? Is there anything you would change?
When I was first looking to buy an EV myself, this was the information I was looking for.

Appreciate the technical discussion, car seat attempt, and night drive (mmm, that cutoff is hard). Thanks for the drive!

Thank you for that! I've seen very few cars that fit 3 car seats and we're patiently waiting for 7 seat EVs to come to market. I appreciate you taking the time to comment!

Very nice, plain language review. Good start on your UA-cam career!

I love mine, it’s awd only the LFP std range. 350km @10C with a 70km head wind for 100km, 310km @-27C. Don’t know what the range is in good weather yet. Im an old gear head but this has become my very favourite vehicle and my first ford.
Only downer is the FordPass App.

Good choice with the LFP! No thinking ahead with that battery. Just charge to 100% and drive. Thanks for the info on consumption. I'm sure I'll need that info for a future video!

@@livewirereview yeah the LFP wasn’t a bad choice, even with all the cold weather negative stuff said about it. It worked fine even getting down to -41C but preconditioning and a good home charger is a must.

Just traded in our 22 Mach e standard range, for a 23 Mach e extended range. At around 44 degrees in March we just got exactly 300 miles. We used to get around 220 miles on our standard range. The 300 miles was our FIRST 300 miles so not sure why you're getting so much lower range. Our 300 mile trip was %70 highway.

These figures are from the Canadian fuel economy website. The newest version of the long range has a 91kwh battery, which is huge! It can easily cover far longer distances in decent weather with good tires. For example, we rate the Ariya 87kwh around 400km but in good weather in can travel 550km because of the massive battery pack.
On this channel, we like to represent less than ideal ranges so that consumers buying an EV for the first time will have a realistic range expectation and pick the vehicle that will suit their needs the best 👌.

I want door handles! what if you had to run to your car because someone was after you ? You wouldn’t have time to push the button .

You would be surprised. This was one area of the car that I got used to right away, and it felt normal. Unlike the turn signal on the steering wheel in the Tesla Model X.
