This monitor does not work. I've tried it on PC or mac. Even installed every driver Lenovo has to offer for this.

Can u keep the L15 charged with the newer Ugreen and anker powerbanks that can charge a laptop?

L15 does not have a battery. To keep the screen powered alone you need a minimum of 5V and 3A (min 15W charger).
