@Binge since my laptop was still covered with warranty I returned it to the store where I bought it. They fixed it after a 3weeks and said that the problem was the motherboard.
Thanks a lot for this video, Just reconnecting the battery Port worked for me. This saved my 3000 bukcs as the Service centre team was asking this much for replacement of Keyboard panel. Once again a big thanks 🙏

I tried the steps,, when I plug-in the charging cable I only see the white light with the bulb symbol on,, I don’t see the light of the charging symbol.. what could be an issue?
My laptop is turning on but not accepting the password even I type the correct one.... It shows your device is offline try another option... Then I restored my laptop and it started working but after another shutdown it showed the same problem again
Exactly that's what j was wondering, even when I put it on charging, those orange and white charging lights don't appear.... Btw i noticed your comment was 10 months ago, I'm sure by now you must've figured it out and fixed it, if you don't mind me asking, what worked for you in the end..??

There is problem with Asus vivobook series.. motherboard problem. Change motherboard and it will be good as new
