ASMR Reiki Session | Clearing and Replenishing our Heart Space | Unconditional Love & Acceptance

Hello and welcome my beautiful friends. Today's session is going to be focused on clearing our heart space and replenishing ourselves in the energies of unconditional love.

Triggers: Hand Movements, Flutters, close contact, channeled energy, crystals rubbing, gentle tapping, rattles, words, sprays and healing salve.
Intention: My intention for this ASMR Reiki Healing Energywork Session is to aid us in cleansing and clearing our energetic body focusing on our heart space, our heart chakra, any areas connected with our heart space and love, allowing us to release more energies that are no longer serving, remove those energy cords and attachments that maybe restricting our abilities to give and receive love. Aiding us in restoring our natural energies bringing in those universal energies of unconditional love and acceptance and to replenish our energetic body and aid us in our movements forward.
Breathwork: Exhalation: Releasing those energies that are no longer serving. Inhalation: Bringing in healing, restorative energies.
Hand movements: Brushing out any unwanted energies.
Clearing Spray: To cleanse our energetic body of any energetic debris, creating a safe space to release and renew.
Lavender Broom: Brushing to those deeper levels of our energetic body to remove any more ingrained/tethered energies.
Hand movements: gently plucking out any unwanted/unaligned energy attachments or cords, releasing with unconditional love and acceptance.
Peppercorn Shakers: To break up any remaining unwanted energies, to get to those deeper ingrained energies that are in need of release.
DT Quartz Crystal: To draw in our Reiki Healing Symbols, activating our natural healing energies and drawing in the universal healing energies from around us.
Hand movements: Drawing in universal healing energies. Drawing these energies into our heart space.
Raw Rose Quartz: To rub in unconditional love and acceptance, energies of support, understanding, compassion, empathy, acceptance, love without conditions. Supporting our energetic body and being.
Rose Quartz Heart: Charge and amplify our heart space, bringing loving healing energies.
Healing Salve: To close our session and fluff up our energetic body creating a energetic filtration system that allows in aligned energies and keeps out those energies that do not serve us.
