Today we are painting the Short Wheel Base Axial SCX10iii that we built in the previous two videos, ready fro AxialFest! I will show you every step of the work involved in painting up this clear polycarbonate body shell.
I am building a Short Wheel Base axial SCX10iii Jeep JL 2 door. I will explain how you as well can take an entry level Axial BaseCamp builders kit and shorten the wheelbase to around 10.5 inch using only Axial parts. By doing this it will allow you to shorten the JLU 4 door body to a two door. This video is the first in a 3-part video series in which I will build this truck ready for AxialFest Badlands 2024. Wow ! You’re such a creative guy that you should be working for one of the big companies designing cool RCs . They need a breath of fresh air like you . Jeeps have been done to death but this is a fresh approach that hasn’t been done yet , even by the big guys. Great job man , looks awesome 😎

I missed the joining of the front and rear sections. What was the method you used?
Bolted the roof rack and interior, E6000 for the window inserts and overlap sections.
