SE Oregon Camping in a Roof Top Tent

A camping trip from Portland to Christmas Valley to Alvord Desert to Succor Creek with a few stops in-between.
I've been wanting to visit the Alvord Desert for many years, and finally took a week off work to take a little adventure. Best trip I've taken in a long, long time. The FSR roof top tent was perfect for spending each night in a different spot.
Mountain House freeze dried meals kept me from needing to worry too much about keeping the cooler cold, and the small selection of microbrews I brought with from Portland kept me hydrated (kidding--the water kept me hydrated.)
I definitely want to go back and explore the area around Alvord at some point.
