I actually saturate my hair with green tea daily in the shower and shake it out, cover my hair with a t-shirt when I get out of the shower to absorb excess water, then eventually seal all that moisture in when I get to styling my hair. I guess I encourage steam. My experience with gel has never been great and I don't like how it feels when I have to really re-moisturize my hair, like a gloppy wet mess that gets hard and super dry. My leave-in is enough to keep my coils poppin and soft. That's my version of a wash n go but we have two completely different hair textures. I'm 4C/4B.

Yes to crunchy hair! BTW, I tried the Not Your Mother's pink shampoo and it is AMAZING. Thank you so much for recommending this shampoo. It's the best one I've ever tried--it cleans so well, but doesn't strip. Where has it been all my life? Thank you for these great videos.

Are you growing out your Color?
I’m getting more this summer. 1 first got the color last summer so I am getting more this summer 🙌🏾 don’t want to be coloring my hair too often so I think a year is a good timespan so in July I’ll have more 🙌🏾
