I think they made it the 2nd hardest. They just recently added Achilles Must Die as the new hardest difficulty.

Any two-handed sword will do for this. I was using Divine Justice (Epic) at the end game.
My stats were
Vit - 25
Strength - 51
Endurance - 35
Precision - 10
Wrath - 36
Luck - 15

Achilles should have been like kratos and fought destiny atleast that way we would have a second game
