I always wondered how that bracelet was made. Very cool! You do beautiful work, I like that it's solid and not hollow like the cheap junk they sell in some stores.
this is really nice. I really like your ring videos as well, they're really helpful with learning techniques and to see how the professionals do it. So yeah, thanks!
I love your work. I'm now a subscriber, I'm 13 and from Australia and started making silver rings from silver coins. I've made about 20 now and they look like I bought them from a store. Lol but great work I love how you use a macro lends because your work is so small and precise. Love it
Good evening, congratulations on your beautiful work, I'm just starting out and I want to make one like this, so please tell me the diameter of the shaft after passing the fair. and the diameter of the shaft to make the elis. thank you very much for your attention
My mom wants to design her own sterling silver bracelet! You can do it mom! Happy birthday!Thank you for sharing your video. Very interesting! Going to need the tools or a creator to help her with the design she has in her mind.
Beautiful bracelet and workmanship! May I ask what a couple of the machines you used are called? Specifically the one pulling the items through the drawplate, and the one that hammered the links after you taped it down and before you put it in the rolling mill?
Thank you. I do not remember the technical name, but if you send a photo Mario Di Maio or Luigi Dal Trozzo, who are two goldsmiths wholesalers will give you all the information
I like that pully system used at 1 min mark, want one. Watched a video where every step of a process used had advertisements on the equipment. was used for a dagger or something like that.
thank you for one more awesome video, i really like them, i've been following for years. just, In my opinion, you should switch some of the music, that has been the same.
Any advice for getting it to lay flat? All of my chains twist and dont lay super flat like yours, with curb and cuban chains I get that you just pull back harder while twisting but how would I do it for this?
I do not remember, however, the spindle must have a diameter proportional to the diameter of the wire you use. The rings before being bent must touch each other, the more united they are, the better the finished work will come
I think you need more tape on those needle nose pliers (kidding). Those are some amazing tools you have, some heavy equipment from days gone by. Would love to have some of those machines for making jewelry for sure.
Bhai laddu Chandi me itlian Chandi me Kiya farq hota hai aur best Chandi in dono me se konsi rahegi aur hame konsi kharid nii chahiye plz plz bataiye reply me
The crushing of the rings did not prevent the movement of the chain. The size of the thread and the diameter of the rings is important, if the rings remain too space, they do not remain in their place
I love your work, I tried this flattening method with copper but it seemed to make it very weak where they were linked and the most flat. does that just happen with certain metals? or be more careful when flattening?
Hi Thanks for the great video. I`m a new subscriber, so I want to know if you have videos about the materials and tools you use. Like what is the paste or cream substance you use for the final polishing? It gives an awesome finish :)
Thank you . I've never done videos on the tools I use, because they are the ones you see in the videos, they are easily found in the online sales catalogs of wholesalers in the industry, such as LEGORGROUP, MARIO DI MAIO, LUIGI DAL TROZZO. To polish use as a gouache paste: ecommerce.turricchia.it/Sassomarcio-Menzerna-PP136, and as final dough I use the paste of DIALUX
So beautiful. It's more beautiful when you get to see how it's crafted.
Thank you.
Wow! I never thought of drawing a chain through a draw plate. Thanks!
Gracias

So inspirational. I'm in my mid 40s and have just started my journey into making jewellery. Thanks for the videos.

Complimenti Maestro. Molto bene.
Grazie.
Amazing this is the first time I get to see how chains are made, beautiful job. So much skill! I'm curious how many links is too many to flatten?

Grazie, @@scaffoal. I think I found out about one from another video: I think it's called a draw bench.
How would I send something to Mario or Luigi?

Looks like a mariner without the middle bars in the links. This method is a lot faster than diamond cutting links

Obrigado, Atenciosamente
😁👍
After going through the rollers, it needed a sanding. After polishing you can see imperfections in the metal which makes it look less quality
I m yours fan . U r great sir. I follow u
thank you so much
Great vid! Tx. Why is it a gourmette instead of a Cuban? And what is the name of the tool that flattens and stretches it. Thank you.
really superb 👍👍☝...
Thanks
Very good work!! I got a whole playlist called “Jewelry and Fashion” where i have my whole solid silver and gold jewelry collection!

Any advice for getting it to lay flat? All of my chains twist and dont lay super flat like yours, with curb and cuban chains I get that you just pull back harder while twisting but how would I do it for this?
If you can't fold them, a solution to make them stay level and weld the links two by two.
Nice silver jewellery chain.
Thank you
No filing! Super idea! May I am what mm the wire is and the mm of the mandrel you used?
I do not remember, however, the spindle must have a diameter proportional to the diameter of the wire you use. The rings before being bent must touch each other, the more united they are, the better the finished work will come
@@scaffoal Thanks!!
Wow nice mst say thanks 4 sharing I always wondered how they got the flat curves in chain n how it is mold thanks 2u nw I knw I'm at ease...God bless

Is that a Nylon brush you are polishing with or goat hair? And do you use Tripoli on it? Thanks
The scratch brushes are in bristle, the polish brush is made of cotton
You should have twisted the chain before compressing it at 7:15 . This makes wearing it more comfortable.
thanks
Is this how you would make a flexible link ring? I've seen them filed after flattening?
The crushing of the rings did not prevent the movement of the chain. The size of the thread and the diameter of the rings is important, if the rings remain too space, they do not remain in their place

I love your work, I tried this flattening method with copper but it seemed to make it very weak where they were linked and the most flat. does that just happen with certain metals? or be more careful when flattening?
vermili0n copper work hardens and becomes very brittle, you can anneal it to relieve it
Can you please tell me what formula of material you use to make the joint for silver thanks
I use soldering silver, I find it already prepared by the wholesalers I buy from.
How many rings +/- do you need to do and 20” chain?
Bravo! Quick question, if I follow this process will it hang straight if I lick it Up? Can I apply this process to the cuban?
Yes, be careful that the rings need to be very tight at the beginning to stay in place
scaffoal at the beginning when I place them on the tape? I want to try this in gold
Do you sell this exact bracelet? Also what is the American dollar price on the bracelet? For say a 8 inch bracelet
you can contact scaffoal@oro-diamanti.it
Buen Trabajo,What gauge is the wire you used?
gracias, about two millimeters
How can i keep my silver mirror shiny?
