There's no doubt about it, this is the guy for car reviews, goes into areas of information that other channels don't bother with, such as what other cars share the same engine. His no nonsense straight information approach without the poor attempts at jokes is a winner. Excellent presentation and clearly does his home work before releasing the video. Excellent
2012 Aveo owner here. Enjoyed watching the review. Chuckled at the dash view showing error code 89 (you can clear this by pressing the 'set' button') . I have the same persistent code and its almost certainly a stuck open thermostat. That being said it's the best car I ever owned. Other features you didn't mention on the 1.3 diesel LTZ model include cruise control, speed limiter, heated mirrors, Hill start assist, auto stall re-start and bluetooth stereo. Fitting a race-chip tuned box for around £250 also makes a massive difference to performance and fuel economy and I'd thoroughly recommend doing this to any other diesel Aveo owners out there. Not that there's many of us! subbed anyway thanks for the upload! :)
@@problemslayer3538 no put it in for a service and my garage replaced the glow plug for me. Best car I ever had. Shame it's getting difficult in UK to find parts

The car is very good without problems,i have it with diesel engine.No electrical,none in engine except once cost me 50 euros.Buy a second hand one, if you want a bread winner car without problems.
Horrible car! Rusting like hell, no metal treatments whatsoever, horrendous electrical problems, cheap chinese plastic pen materials, paper thin body. Extremely unreliable engines.

I think i had the same code coming,and it was a preheater from engine.Otherwise a good car since now.Ι have it from new,since 12/2012.

1.6 owner here too, indeed its greedy😅 if i drive like an elderly i can manage 1 liter 14km. But mostly its less😂
