    Hello ma'am.. Why my chocolates are not set even after keeping overnight in fridge. (I used 1/4th cup milk 100gm dark compound during melting process) & also what is it's shelf life?

      Don’t add milk in chocolate…chocolate melt karte time milk ya water kuch bhi nahi add karna hai
      Jo aap kar rahe ho that is ganache

      In 1 kg choose add 4 tbsp cocoa butter
