Hi, so I tried out my system for the very first time. Never airbrushed before in my life. Mistakes were made :( I have wet splotches on my cookies. Not using Royal Icing, but a Buttercream/Glaze combo. Special instructions for that type of frosting perhaps? Or, should I be adjusting the pressure on the compressor and the trigger? Used Cookie Countess airbrush paint. Thanks

Alex, hello I'm sorry we did not receive your email. We do always reply, it may have been misdelivered. Please email [e-mail] our new airbrush system is currently scheduled to be available in May 2022, there were some delays due to part availability. Thanks for understanding.

There are two things I don’t like about this system: 1) the hose connections aren’t screw on, making it difficult for someone with arthritis to connect and 2) the dial just turns and turns…it should have a definitive start and stop point. I love everything else but, unless those things are addressed, I’ll be buying another brand. Sorry

Kelly, we truly appreciate that feedback! Those are two features we're working on correcting and should be fixed within the next 6 months. I understand how difficult it is to live with arthritis, f you haven't ordered a system yet, please email us at [e-mail] and we can ship you a system that is already set up so you will not have to connect the hose yourself. Once is it connected, you won't have to pull it apart with normal operation. I hope that helps.
