We don't like immigration agents! We are a young couple who started their Canadian Immigration journey in 2018 and will be moving to Canada early 2020. Over the course of our application, we have seen so many people getting screwed over by greedy / fraudulent immigration consultants who promise you the world in exchange for thousands of dollars and deliver a whole lot of bullshit; to an extent that in many cases, the applications get rejected, due to their negligence.
Therefore, we are taking matters in our own hands. After months of research and our own experience of applying for a Canadian PR, we came up with an e-book series & this UA-cam channel which would include - errors to avoid, perfect sample documents and alternate ways of immigrating to Canada - 100 pages of absolute goldmine between these 3 e-books - no filters, no premium versions to these ebooks... everything is out there.. in the open, for you to read and execute the process yourself! The UA-cam channel will compliment the e-book and add some personality and entertainment to the entire process :-)
Volume 1: Step by step express entry process from know nothing about immigration all the way to getting an invitation to apply (ECA, IELTS etc). Download here - www.potatotalkies.com/
Volume 2: Post ITA express entry process - documentation, samples, POF, Proof of work, medical, biometrics all the way to getting a stamped passport ;-) Download here - www.potatotalkies.com/
Volume 3: Alternate ways of moving to canada | Provincial Nominee program - OINP, AINP, MPNP, NSNP, SINP, RNIP and more. Download here - www.potatotalkies.com/

A typo in the video...
Name of the website to check job fairs is www.eventbrite.ca 😃
I have a same story.Landed in Toronto Aug 2019 with my Hubby.Got our first job in September 2019. My husband got a full time as he is in IT.I Started with contract job and now full time employee with RBC.If you have the skills and right attitude you will succeed.
100% agree! 👍👍
Please keep making such videos 😀😀
As usual you guys r very cute and supportive..buss video start hone se pehle ya end hone ke baad vo comedy scenes plz daala karo..they look superb..😊..all the best..keep on posting more guys!!!
😃😃🙏
I believe people who had been hardworking and independent in India are less likely to face much challenges in countries like Canada. He has already survived working and living in Mumbai which is again not a cake walk...Prateek was so positive during the whole interaction.. Motivation much needed!! Thanks Potato talkies for bringing up such people in your videos..
Very true only people who lives in parents house back home, don't want to do anything different or work hard will criticise about Canada, there are pros and cons everywhere
More interactions with professionals having Non-IT background would be really helpful. General mindset amongst local audience is if you are migerating from Indian sub continent you would have an IT background. Which wasn't the scenario in my case. I have had a positive experience and professionals coming through Express entry without IT background must hear more of such stories!!
Hi! That's encouraging to know that you come from a non-IT background. I am a Structural Engineer trying to emigrate to Canada.
Loved the concept of interviewing non IT professionals too. DIL MAANGE MoRE.
agree with Prateek, I came to Canada in May '18 and the most hyped thing was "Canadian Resume", both my wife and me got our jobs through our existing resumes which we used to have prior to coming to Canada
Very crisp and to the point.. thank for getting this series to us ❤️
Thankyou so much .. you guying are doing Great!!! Lots of Blessings to you!
Great job! More interesting interviews on jobs from engineering, sales, coding, accounting and other blue collar jobs will be greatly appreciated. Keep up!
I had got 2 job offers 3 months before landing in Canada.
Happy to share my experience
Nice. Can you send me an email potatotalkies@gmail.com

hey guys, I stumbled upon your channel accidentally when I was searching for G1 test experience and since then there's no stopping. I have watched quite a lot of your videos and all have been very informative. Great going and keep up the amazing work you are doing. I live in Oshawa (moved few weeks back but hold PR since 2018).
Thank you guys for sharing the immigrant experience in Canada especially in initial months, very useful video. Keep doing such great videos!
Thanks a lot for sharing a non-IT experience. My husband and I are non-IT professionals. Would love to see more like these.
Great informative video guys! Keep going! 👍
I'm so waiting to land permanently next year.
Honestly, I landed last year as a pr (soft landing) but it was an below average experience. Our shopping bag got stolen in a mall. That changed some perception, especially for my wife who now is not that much interested in moving. But we will surely come next year.
Just Amazing. Thank you for sharing with us :)
You guys are fantastic.. I am starter in this process and your videos are helping me a lot in taking our decisions.. Thanks to both of you.. God Bless.

Hi Both, I am following you since last couple of months and i got lot of help from your videos. On 21st July'22 I landed here in Toronto with me family and setting down. You guys are doing amazing job.
Very genuine interview! Thank you Potato couple again🤗
My dear friends, i am in Edmonton, Canada since 6 months now !! Lot of value and experience i have gained, except a JOB !! it all depends on where you land, and which CITY to be specific !! Some cities & provinces are sadly dry !! people who are thinking or planning for Alberta or specifically Edmonton, i have too much to share !!
Are job opportunities very limited in Alberta?
All the best 👍👍
@@freelance5710 Yes.. Alberta has been down in the drains for the last 4.5 yrs.. Oil is what Alberta was dependent on,and from 2010 to 2016 it boomed big ! But from 2016 it is just going down and further down.. Having said that Calgary is much better than Edmonton.. Edmonton as a city is nice and capital of Alberta but jobs are very limited !!
@@Potatotalkies Thanks.. Did you guys land job now?
You guys are cool Potato Talkies.. keep doing the great job as always..
I really don’t think that I get bored of your videos and the information you share coz the most genuine people I have ever seen in my life till now...

Keep the genuineness!
Kudos to you both 👍🏻
Love from Pakistan ❤️
😃🤗
Great concept. Thank you both for this content. 👌👌
All your videos are very interesting as usual, because of the way you present information, its nevr boring, and you talk in a lively manner, which i havent seen in any othr videos......This interview in particular was very interesting,as we got to know other people's on ground experience....would love to see similar type of interviews.....and please interview someone who has landed to canada on student visa with wife and kids, and their experiences, struggles etc
Will try 👍👍
You guys are doing great! the videos have always been very helpful, would love to see if you can interview people from software development background😃
😃👍
Loved the video!
When u have references it's like a back door entry to sit with the interviewer. If u have references you don't need Canadian style CV.
Very true.
I liked this video... informative and very useful for me...thank u so much for sharing this amazing information...
You guys are so sweet paji ❤️ keep safe keep smiling thanks for all the efforts to help people understand the situations there 👍

So cool and honest...........no one wants to earn a lot of money. How truthful. These people have become so pious and detached from worldly matters like money.

Very useful videos guys as always
Nice work guys!! Love to see more videos with more information. Also it would be helpful if you can make videos on topic like PR process, which area of Canada are important wrt to jobs and settling down, which local job portals we can look for jobs in Canada other than LinkedIn, indeed etc
Hey, all of that is there on the channel :)
Guys your doing GREAT JOB

Started my process today thanks too you guys , ur videos helped a lot to take this step. Downloaded your ebook as well ;)
👍👍
Where is the ebook? Pls share
Hey amazing interview! Keep it up. Just curious genuinely to know that how to show two zoom discussions side by side in one video? Like the way showed here in your video...
There is a setting there:) its split screen
What an excellent level of english. What level of grammar and vocabulary. Great crop coming from India these days. Great communication skills 👌
One good thing abt ur content which i really liked is focusing on why someone should come to Canada nd settle for ex ample quality of life, standard of living, work nd personal life balance, social security nd so on basically as u mentioned in one of ur earlier videos a place which u can truly can ur home!!!
😍🤗
I am happy, your channel is growing 😁👍👍👌. Watching you since you had 1k subs
😃🤗
Good job. Please arrange more interviews. IT helps to understand different strategies to get a job and lead life in Canada.
More interviews coming soon
Definitely ho ahead make more such videos....they are actually motivating and gives a confidence boost. Such positive words can actually help us (aspirations) to overcome the fear of being alone at a new unknown place.
Another question most of us must have is where in Canada and why. So plz only if u feel ok about it add a question why they chose the province they are in.
👍👍
You guys are so cute together, I like all your videos. They are very helpful :)
Very nice..I would like to see more this type of video.
Good one ...really enjoyed your moderator role 😁..very inspiring
Hi. Thanks for so much of information. Can u please tell whether the process has at all changed due to covid, for someone who is yet to start applying.
Its slower and FSW draws aren't happening. But hopefully, we will get back to normal once this settles down.
Amazing work guys. This video is also very informative. I would like to request you to make a similar video for an IT person. We know about Simran's journey so far, so it would be great if you could interview a person who has landed there 6-7 months ago. 😊
Keep going and #staySafe 👍🙏
👍👍
Honest view points 👌
Another superb video 👌👌
