5'2 here and I'm 83-85 lbs. I know it sounds like I'm probably very skinny and underweight (I am and my long arms don't help...), but I have a bit of a belly that is worsened by my bloating and makes me feel very self conscious :/ Currently trying to exercise more and do yoga everyday to build muscle and lean out, as well as try to establish a better relationship with food. It's not easy and it has honestly taken much sweat and tears, self-discipline, as well as learning to balance healthy foods and treats and my caloric intake (since I do intermittent fasting, I only have around 5-6 hours to eat and I either end up eating too little, under 1200, or over 1800 0-0 ) I'm attempting many things to improve myself, from trying to develop a study routine to skin care and many other things but I never feel like I'm doing enough or I'm working hard enough, even though I'm exhausted by the end of the day...
@Cher 123 Maybe you can try intermittent fasting? It's basically only eating in a certain window (I eat between 11:00-6:00) to manage your caloric intake. I also try to incorporate foods rich in fiber, protein, and some healthy fats (keep in mod tho) that keep me satiated and I take a fiber powder supplement once or twice a day to aid in my digestion and keep my cravings at bay (if you have an eating disorder though, I wouldn't recommend it). I also noticed that drinking water consistently throughout the day and eating slowly helps prevent binging. Of course, if you try to completely eliminate occasional snacks and treats then you might binge.
Paige is like so lucky, if I wasn't "in the mood" for why my mom made, then she would probably just yell at me and tell me that I eat what's out in front of me. Lol🤣

Hey, here’s some advice on the smoothie bowls. If you use frozen fruit with a splash of water or juice, maybe milk, it’s such a good texture and the colour doesn’t go weird or anything, it’s so smooth and you don’t have to freeze it, if you want a better texture then add some ice, it’s so good 💕
