- Today, I tested a full face of Sephora’s lowest rated makeup products. I wanted to see why some of these beauty products had such low ratings. Honestly, most of the makeup wasn’t horrible due to their formula but the packaging needed a lot of work. There are so many makeup products out there and so many reviews. So let’s see which products are actually worth looking into.

As an oily skin person- powder foundations work terribly for me. I know it sounds like something dry would be best with oily skin, however that’s not the case. After a few hours, the oil in my skin mix with the powder and make a weird concoction that then easily wipes off and smears and looks awful at the end of the day. This has been the case with every powder foundation I’ve tried.
Yeah, I used to wear powder foundation and it just went horrible and clumpy after about half an hour. I also have oily skin. In the end I just decided to own my skin and don't wear any make up on it at all now.
Oil sticks to oil. I never ever felt good using powder either or oil free foundations.
I’ve never seen you do a makeup review where I was so shocked by the the poor performance of the products before. You are so beautiful and most of these products just did not do you justice. I definitely agree that the only one I also felt looked best at the end of the day was the brow gel. Everything else was surprisingly bad, worse than I was expecting.
Yikes! That DC lip was awful! Gorgeous colors, but the fade pattern is kind of gross. 😝 Also, can we get a mic on Andrey? His commentary cracks me up, but I can rarely hear him without rewinding & turning the volume up. Thanks for being brave & trying these out! 🥰
Love this video! Its funny how people's experiences can vary so much! I've got an idea for a video! Maybe put best and worst rated products to the test to see if you can tell! Benefit really said custom brush and sponge when they are giving the most basic brush and sponge......

This was such a fun, interesting video! I always wonder about those 3 star products (especially when sometimes it feels like they're EXACTLY what I'm looking for, but is it worth the risk?)
I immediately recognized this look from the cleansing balm thumbnail! 😅 As amazing as you are with makeup Milana, this shows that even a skilled makeup artist is still not going to be able to make bad products work well. You're beautiful ...even with awful makeup. ❤
I think everything looks nice, lipstick looked uneven and blotchy but I love love the green color on you even if it wasn’t the best eyeshadow

Honestly this is fascinating! I don’t shop at Sephora but at least I know what to avoid. I’m a little bummed about the DC cosmetic lipstick. I’ve always wanted to try her latte pallet, they are just too expensive. I loved the green eye shadow though!

I remember when MILK came on the scene and ppl raved about their products and lately most of what they've released has been trash.
In natural light that eye shadow made your eye color just glow.
Holy crap, how did the color of the lipstick transform like that?!! 😳 It went from this gorgeous purpley magenta to what looks like crusty dried blood???

I thought her brows looked scary under the filming lights but in the natural lighting later in the video it seemed better

Yes it did look better in natural lighting but imagine running errands and stuff and in and out of different lighting systems would scare me
Lips are by far the hardest for me. I have never found a lipstick that stays on all day looking at least close to the same as when applied. Second is eye shadow because I have extremely droopy lids and no matter what I try nothing seems to work.
Would be interesting to see how the powdered foundation would apply using the Michael Todd Sonic Makeup brush???

I have the Sonic Makeup Brush by M. Todd. I absolutely love it. It has three speeds and I feel it just helps my makeup have a better finish than if I try with a regular brush. I use it for blush, bronzer and foundation.

I bought the Milk eyebrow pen as well, absolutely the worse brow product ever. I got it on sale for $12 and definitely overspent!
This accidentally became a early 2000s makeup look lol.
I try to use mostly affordable stuff like nyx ,make-up revolution etc but I just can not find a smudge proof brow pencil any recommendations?
I really like the Winky Lux uni-brow precision brow pencil. And you can get the Benefit precisely my brow pencil in a mini (no attached spoolie) for almost half the price. Doing makeup 3-4 times a week, the mini pencil will last me like 4 months.

I feel like your just saying what the reviews said, not really being fair. From what I can see some of those products look really good, compared to what you said. Also that blush looked beautiful when you put on, very natural. It also stayed on you very much like when you first applied it.

I couldn’t stop looking at your lipstick, it was horrible and just got worse as the day went on, by the end of the night it looked like such a mess on your lips and I don’t think the colour suited you, it was like in your face lipstick 💄.
