I went though a few tutorials for this stitch but was completely confused x.x thank you so much you made this stitch so simple for a beginner like myself ! ❤
Finally, a thermal stitch tutorial that makes sense to me. Your verbal instructions match your handiwork quite well. It makes for easy replication without silly assumptions and do-overs on my part. I appreciate your clarity and wish you all the best.
Would you please show me where to go for row two? If you would show the first and second rows, I think I can do this. I have not been able to keep the thickness after one without this help. Thank you.
Hi, this tutorial shows how to do the first three rows. The first row is sc, and then the next 2 rows are similar in that you are working into the back loop only of the stitch on the row below and also into the front loop left open from two rows below. The difference is row 2 is working into the chain and row 3 works into the front loop left on the single crochets.
Very beautifully explained 😊👌👌

Thank you so much!!
I litterally watched a dozen other tutorials and didn,t understand. And then you came and made it all crystal clear. THANK YOU!!
I'm so glad you found it helpful! 😀
Such a warm, thick stitch!!
This help me so much! Love how this makes such a nice thick cloth. Thank you.
I used this stitch to make masks for my daughter for work she loves them and I have made many more for the people she works with too.
I want to try making a bath mat with this stitch.
Is it normal for the first 3 rows to look like a fat rope? I can't seem to get past that. No free loops on the previous row.
